Lagi naming sinasabi na kahit wala kang experience, o high school undergrad ka man, welcome ka mag-apply. As long as you know how to teach ESL at kaya mong i-navigate ang ClassIn app.
Pero please make sure na aralin mo muna bago ka mag-apply. Hindi ka required mag-enroll sa training program, pero required na paghandaan mo ang ESL teaching. Kapag pumasa ka sa screening, diretso ka sa demo class, walang provided na training.
Kung pumasa ka sa demo, diretso sabak sa teaching. Most ESL companies do not provide training; sabak agad talaga. Some teachers are even fully booked on their first day, kaya dapat handa ka na mentally at skills-wise bago mag-apply.

Saturday Reflection 💛
There are moments when my energy as a teacher isn’t consistent. There are days when I feel unmotivated and question whether I’m doing enough not just in my work, but also in my greater roles as a wife and a mother. Over time, I’ve learned to find balance by giving time to myself, my family, and my profession. It’s exhausting at times, yes, but my mindset has changed. I’ve realized that no one achieves their dreams the easy way. Every challenge is part of the process, and through it all, I remind myself that I am truly blessed. Whether big or small, every blessing counts and for that, I am deeply grateful. 🌻
