ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

π Abra
π Benguet
π Ilocos Norte
π Ilocos Sur
π La Union
π Pangasinan
π Bataan
π Bulacan
π Nueva Ecija
π Pampanga
π Tarlac
π Zambales
π Batangas
π Cavite
π Laguna
π Rizal
π Occidental Mindoro
Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Dahil sa patuloy na epekto ng Habagat, at bilang pagsasaalang-alang sa kaligtasan at kapakanan ng ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani, sa direktiba ng ating Working MAYOR VERGEL C MENESES, at batay sa rekomendasyon ng ating MDRRMO Head, Maβam Rosario Mariano, ay muling sinususpinde ang lahat ng face-to-face na klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng Bulakan bukas, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday).
Ipapatupad naman ang Flexible Learning Program (HINAY) bilang alternatibong paraan ng pagkatuto.
Samantala, magpapatuloy ang trabaho sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan.
Mangyaring patuloy na subaybayan ang mga susunod na opisyal na anunsyo para sa anumang pagbabago o karagdagang abiso.

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in view of the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA relative to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, government offices in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements on 18 August 2026.
Agencies delivering basic and health services, disaster preparedness/response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services. Alternative learning modes shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools in the aforementioned areas.

Mananatiling suspendido ang face-to-face classes dahil sa epekto ng Habagat, ngayong araw, August 17, 2026.
Pinapayuhan ang mga mag-aaral na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng Flexible Learning Program o iba pang alternatibong gawain sa pagkatuto na ibinigay ng kanilang mga g**o.
Manatiling ligtas at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng paaralan para sa mga susunod na abiso.

School-Based Feeding Program - Week 1
A total of 138 beneficiaries received their School-Based Feeding Program supplies, today, August 14, 2026.
Beneficiaries include all Kindergarten and Grade 1 learners and Severely Wasted (SW) and Wasted (W) learners from Grades 2β6.

HINAY STATUS IMPLEMENTED
August 12-13, 2026
Due to the number of evacuees currently staying in our school, HINAY status is still being implemented today, August 13, 2026.
As of 2:00 PM yesterday, 407 evacuees were still staying in our school, as reported by the barangay.
Learning continues through the FLEXIBLE LEARNING PROGRAM while face-to-face classes remain suspended.
Let us continue to stay safe, alert and prepared.
