ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Bilang pag-iingat sa kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral dulot ng patuloy na pag-ulan at pagbaha, ipatutupad ang HINAY sa pamamagitan ng Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) ngayong Miyerkules, Agosto 19, 2026.

Ang mga klase sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng Balagtas ay isasagawa sa pamamagitan ng online learning o Learning Packets.

Hinihikayat ang mga mag-aaral at kanilang mga magulang o tagapag-alaga na makipag-ugnayan sa kani-kanilang paaralan para sa mga karagdagang tagubilin hinggil sa pagpapatupad ng ADM.

Patuloy tayong mag-ingat at unahin ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa. Maraming salamat sa inyong pang-unawa at pakikiisa.
