Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in view of the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA relative to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, government offices in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements on 18 August 2026.

Agencies delivering basic and health services, disaster preparedness/response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services. Alternative learning modes shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools in the aforementioned areas.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management

Dahil sa patuloy na epekto ng Habagat, bilang pagsasaalang-alang sa kaligtasan at kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral at direktiba ng ating working MAYOR VERGEL C MENESES, mula sa rekomendasyon ng ating MDRRMO head, Ma'am Rosario Mariano, muling sinususpinde ang lahat ng face-to-face na klase sa lahat ng antas, pampubliko o pribadong paaralan at ipapatupad ang Flexible Learning Program (HINAY) sa mga sumusunod na pampubliko paaralan sa Bayan ng Bulakan, ngayong Agosto 17, 2026 (Lunes):

Samantala, magpapatuloy ang trabaho sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan.

Mangyaring patuloy na subaybayan ang mga susunod na opisyal na anunsyo.

Maraming salamat at manatiling ligtas ang lahat.

PAALALA | AGOSTO 13,2026

Alinsunod sa DO No. 14, s. 2026, ang ating paaralan ay nasa kategoryang HINAY bukas, Biyernes, Agosto 14, 2026.

Suspendido ang pisikal na klase at magpapatupad ng Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) upang matiyak na tuluy-tuloy ang pagkatuto. Gayunpaman, limitado lamang ang mga gawaing akademiko upang unahin pa rin ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral at g**o.
