School Head
The session emphasized the importance of personal development skills, including stress management, interpersonal and communication skills, and work-life balance, while encouraging teachers to reflect on their personal development goals and professional growth.
Through collaborative discussions, peer learning, journaling, motivational activities, and reflection, our teachers were given the opportunity to learn not only from the sessions but also from one another. ๐ฑ๐
As part of the learning outputs, participants worked toward developing a 21st-Century Lesson Plan that integrates essential skills for today's learners and reflected on personal development lessons that can contribute to both professional and personal success.
