𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐀 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒, JOIN 𝐀T 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟒𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐎 𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒’ 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐔𝐌 🌟

Young leaders from Bula participated in the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺, held on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟴–𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹, 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, alongside delegates from 𝟭𝟴 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀 (𝗦𝗨𝗖𝘀).

With the theme “𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲,” the two-day forum provided a meaningful platform for young leaders to learn, connect, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for youth participation and community development.

Bula made its mark during the 𝗢𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, with two project proposals selected among the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟳 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘀. The delegation also secured 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 in the 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆.

One of the participants is our very own SSLG President, Prince Bueno, who proudly represented La Victoria High School.

This participation and achievement were made possible through the continued support of our School Principal, Ma’am Maribeth R. Beria, the SPTA Officers, and the SSLG Adviser, Mrs. Rosamerr F. Obina.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to Mayor Manuel “Nonoy” Ibasco Jr. and the Local Youth Development Office, headed by Engr. Ian Owen Aquilino Raña, for their unwavering support and commitment to empowering the youth.

Special thanks also to Vice Mayor Nellie P. Largo, Councilor Joel O. Caya, and Councilor Pablo Almazan Jr. for their support and assistance in providing transportation for the delegates.

Ang 𝐢𝐤𝐚-𝟏𝟐 𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐨 ay hindi lamang pag-alala sa ating kasaysayan kundi paalala rin na mahalin, igalang, at pangalagaan ang ating bansa. Nawa’y manatili sa ating puso ang pagmamahal sa bayan at pagpapahalaga sa ating kultura, tradisyon, at pagkatao bilang mga Pilipino. Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang kalayaang mayroon tayo ngayon nang may pagmamalaki at pasasalamat sa mga bayaning lumaban para rito. Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan!

🌅 One Journey Ends, Another Begins🌄: SSLG Send-Off and Team-Building 2025🤝🌊

A meaningful chapter closes, and a new one begins. The LVHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) held a heartfelt Send-Off for Batch 2024–2025 (President: Acel Basagre) and an exciting Team-Building for Batch 2025–2026 (President: Princess Noreyn Timbang) at the iconic waves and scenic shores of Sagnay, Camarines Sur — a perfect setting to celebrate leadership, unity and shared purpose.

This is the second year of LVHS-SSLG Send-off and Team-building which aims to properly bridge batches and celebrate leadership transitions.

This event was more than just a gathering; it was a testament to the power of camaraderie and the enduring spirit of service. The outgoing officers were honored for their dedication and contributions, while the incoming leaders were welcomed with warm encouragement, guided by the values of responsibility and collaboration.
