What: Early Registration for School Year 2026-2027
When: Starting January 31 to February 27, 2026
We are inviting all the parents of the following to sign up:
a. Kindergarten: Children five (5) years old on or before October 31, 2026 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016 / DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018)
b. Grade 1: Learners who completed Kindergarten in SY 2025-2026.
c. Transferees: Children from Grade 2-6 who wish to move to our school.
d. Back to School: Children wishing to go back to school.
Note: Learners from Grades 2 to 6 are considered pre-registered and no longer need to join early registration.
Documents to be submitted:

-Original or Photocopy of PSA Birth certificate
*No PSA BC: Submit any of the ff.: NSO BC/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form
GRADE 1

-ECCD Checklist / Report Card
BALIK-ARAL
-Original or Photocopy of PSA Birth certificate

-SF9(Report Card) / SF10 (Formerly Form 137)
TRANSFEREES
