A Tribute to the Champion🏆: Happy Birthday, Coach Van!🍾🥂

Every great story has a beginning. For Coach Van, that spark was ignited way back in 2016. While many people see the trophies and the 'TOP 1' status today, we must remember the years of silent struggle, the calloused hands, and the relentless training sessions that started nearly a decade ago. He didn't become a champion overnight, He built himself. Rep by rep, Match by match.🆚🎖️

True champions are defined by how they handle the climb. In the 2018-2019 Open Bicol, He stood as the 1st Runner Up. For some, that would be the peak. But for Coach Van, it was simply fuel. He took that experience, refined his technique, and sharpened his resolve.
That resilience led to a historic streak of dominance. From 2022 to 2024, he didn't just compete He conquered. Holding the title of Open Bicol Champion for three consecutive years isn't just a display of power; It’s a masterclass in consistency and mental toughness.🧠

But beyond the titles and being the Top 1 in Bicol, What makes Van truly 'Coach' is his heart for the sport. He has taken the lessons learned from 2016 to the present and poured them into others. He has shown us that armwrestling isn't just about the strength of the arm, but the strength of the character. He leads by example, proving that with enough passion, a local athlete can become a regional icon.💫

Coach, Thank you for being the standard of excellence in Bicol armwrestling. Thank you for showing us that no matter where you start, you can finish at the very top.
May your year ahead be filled with more 'PINS,' more victories, and the continued respect of everyone who has ever stepped up to the table across from you. Here’s to the champion, the mentor, and the pride of Bicol!🌶️🇵🇭

HAPPY BIRTHDAY COACH VAN ANTHONY BONGALA
- THE FOUNDER OF United Bicol Arm Pullers,
