Calling all BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BSABE) students! This is your opportunity to showcase your creativity by designing the official Department Polo Shirt of the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Department.

Competition Mechanics

Eligibility

1. The competition is exclusive to currently enrolled BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BSABE) students.
2. Participants may join individually or as a team (maximum of two members).
3. Each participant/team may submit one (1) entry only.

Design Requirements

1. Participants must submit one (1) original Department Polo Shirt layout.
2. The design must be original and created solely by the participant/s.
3. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-generated images, AI-generated layouts, or AI-assisted design tools is strictly prohibited. Any entry found to have used AI shall be automatically disqualified.
4. The color palette must be aligned with the official colors of the ABE Department logo.
5. The official ABE Department logo and other required logos provided by the organizers must be incorporated into the design without altering their proportions, colors, or appearance.
6. The layout, typography, graphics, and all design elements must be clear, visually appealing, and suitable for professional embroidery and printing.
7. The design must not be sublimated. It should be feasible for standard polo shirt production using embroidery and/or print applications.
8. Offensive, discriminatory, political, copyrighted, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

P.S. The winning Department Polo Shirt design will serve as the official reference and legacy design of the department. Its concept and identity shall also be followed in the future Type B T-Shirt layout to maintain a consistent ABE branding.

Submission Guidelines

1. Submit the high-resolution copy.
2. The design must include the front and back views.
3. Entries must be submitted through the official submission link provided by the organizers.
4. The submission deadline is August 13, 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. To ensure fairness, only the designated facilitator will have access to the identities of the participants until the judging period has concluded.
