As learners from across Bugasong come together for the Bugasong District Meet, our Learner Rights and Protection Help Desk is here to make sure every learner knows that their rights, safety, and well-being matter.

Alongside the Help Desk, we’ve also prepared simple games and activities where learners can take a break, connect, and enjoy between events.

Because whether in the classroom, on the playing field, or anywhere in our schools, every learner deserves to feel SAFE. SEEN. SUPPORTED.

From a dream... to a safe space where healing begins.

What was once an empty space is now the AVS Care Center, a place where learners can pause, breathe, be heard, and find support when they need it most.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Antique Vocational School and our School Head, Mrs. Cheryl Ducado-Villanueva, for making learner mental health a priority and for turning this vision into reality. Through leadership, commitment, and compassion, the school continues to advance the goals of Republic Act No. 12080 by placing learner well-being at the heart of education.

To everyone who helped make this possible, thank you for proving that meaningful change begins when people choose to care.

Today, the Antique Vocational School Behavioral Discipline Committee convened to strengthen the implementation of Positive Discipline, intervention programs, and disciplinary processes pursuant to DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026: Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment.

Together with Learner Formation Officers, learner representatives, and community partners, we reaffirmed our shared commitment to creating a school where every learner feels safe, respected, protected, and empowered to learn.

Because every child deserves more than an education, they deserve a learning environment that is SAFE. SEEN. SUPPORTED.

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 8525, maaaring makatanggap ang mga katuwang na pribadong entidad ng:

✓ 150% tax deduction mula sa gross income
✓ Exemption sa donor’s tax
✓ Pagkilala sa pangalan ng kumpanya sa paaralan
✓ Representasyon sa local school board

Inaanyayahan natin ang mas marami pang kumpanya, non-profit organization, at civil society organization na makiisa sa pagtugon sa pangangailangan ng ating mga paaralan, g**o, at mag-aaral, tungo sa mas matatag na edukasyon sa Bagong Pilipinas. 🇵🇭

A safer school doesn't happen by accident, it happens through intentional action.

In our continued commitment to learner protection, Antique Vocational School has expanded its campus surveillance system from 8 to 12 CCTV cameras with the installation of four additional motion-sensing units.

This is one of the many steps we are taking to strengthen school safety and security in support of the implementation of DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, reinforcing our commitment to providing a safe, secure, and motivating learning environment. Because prevention will always be better than response, every improvement we make reflects our commitment to creating a campus where learners, personnel, and visitors feel protected and secure.

A New Milestone in Learner Mental Health and Well-Being. 💚

Today, we proudly open the Antique Vocational School Care Center, a safe space where every learner can be heard, supported, and empowered.

In line with Republic Act No. 12080, this Care Center reflects our commitment to making mental health and learner well-being a priority. More than a room, it is a reminder that no learner has to face life's challenges alone.

This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our School Head, Mrs. Cheryl Ducado-Villanueva. Thank you for believing that every learner deserves a safe place to heal, grow, and be heard.
