Polong National High School Hosts ECP Assessment for Secondary Teachers
Polong National High School served as the host venue for the Expanded Career Progression (ECP) Orientation and Assessment for qualified secondary teacher-applicants from Bugallon I District seeking career advancement from Teacher II to Teacher VI, held on August 14, 2026.
The activity involved the assessment of applicants through the Classroom Observable Indicators (COI), Non-Classroom Observable Indicators (NCOI), and Behavioral Events Interview (BEI), which are integral components of the ECP assessment process.
The activity was monitored by Dr. Jocelyn M. Untalan, who conducted signing of the assessment folders and Comprehensive Assessment Results (CAR). Her guidance and oversight contributed to the proper completion and validation of the required assessment documents.
The process was further guided by Public Schools District Supervisor Sir Felix G. Raymundo, Sr., together with Dr. Marissa M. Mamaril, School Principal IV of Polong National High School, and Dr. Sajid S. Eliang, School Principal of Bugallon Integrated School. The conduct of the assessment was likewise supported by the assessors, observers, and participating school heads.
