Mcruhymn Tabada Destreza: The Holistican Pupil Government Vice President

At only nine years old, Mcruhymn Tabada Destreza is already stepping into a responsibility that calls for courage, commitment, and a heart ready to serve.

A Grade V pupil of Holistic Heart Study Center, Inc. (HHSCI), Mcruhymn takes on the role of Vice President of the Holistican Pupil Government (HPG) for School Year 2026–2027—a position that places the trust of his fellow Holisticans in his young hands.

But leadership is not new to the idea of growing up. Every child learns to lead in different ways: by helping a classmate, speaking up for what is right, cooperating with others, or simply having the courage to step forward when someone is needed.

For Mcruhymn, his HPG journey is another opportunity to discover what kind of leader he can become.

A Young Holistican, A Growing Leader

Born on September 17, 2016, Mcruhymn is now a Grade V learner who continues to grow not only academically but also in character and responsibility.

His election as HPG Vice President gives him a bigger platform to practice the values that HHSCI seeks to nurture among its learners—excellence, responsibility, holistic growth, and service.

Being a Vice President means being ready to support the President, work with fellow officers, and represent the interests and voices of the pupils.

It means knowing when to speak, but also knowing when to listen.

It means having ideas, but being willing to consider the ideas of others.

And most importantly, it means understanding that leadership is not about having a title—it is about being willing to serve.

More Than a Position

Mcruhymn's position may come with a title, but his journey will be defined by the things he does with it.

Throughout the school year, he will have opportunities to work with fellow HPG officers, teachers, and pupils in activities that promote unity, cooperation, discipline, participation, and school spirit.

There will be challenges along the way. Some plans may not happen exactly as expected. Some decisions may be difficult. There may be moments when he will need to step outside his comfort zone.

But these are the moments that shape young leaders.

Every challenge can teach his patience.

Every responsibility can teach his accountability.

Every mistake can teach his humility.

And every accomplishment can remind him that even a young person can create a meaningful impact when given the opportunity to serve.

A Heart That Learns to Lead

As a Holistican, Mcruhymn is not expected to have all the answers.

He is expected to learn.

He is expected to listen.

He is expected to grow.

And as he walks alongside his fellow HPG officers this school year, he will discover that leadership is not a destination. It is a continuous journey of becoming better, kinder, more responsible, and more willing to help others.

His story is especially meaningful because he is still young. At nine years old, he is already experiencing lessons that many leaders learn only much later in life.

He is learning that a leader can be strong without being intimidating.

He can be confident without forgetting humility.

He can have a voice while making room for others to speak.

And he can lead while remaining a learner himself.

The Journey Begins

As HPG Vice President for S.Y. 2026–2027, Mcruhymn Tabada Destreza carries more than a position. He carries an opportunity—a chance to represent his fellow Holisticans, contribute to the school community, and grow into the kind of leader who leads not merely with authority, but with heart.

His journey is still at its beginning.

There will be many lessons to learn, friendships to strengthen, challenges to face, and memories to create.

But one thing is certain:

This young Holistican has already taken his first step toward leadership.

And as he continues to grow, may he always remember that the greatest leaders are not those who stand above others, but those who are willing to stand with others, serve others, and inspire others.

Sa bawat salita, awit, sayaw, at ngiti, ipinapakita nating buhay na buhay ang diwang Pilipino.

THE BOY WHO LEADS WITH HEART

Meet Allyx Vann Dracar M. Enso, the Holistican Pupil Government President for S.Y. 2026–2027

Leadership does not always begin with a loud voice or a commanding presence. Sometimes, it begins with a young learner who is willing to listen, serve, and step forward when others need someone to lead.

For Allyx Vann Dracar M. Enso, a Grade VI learner of Holistic Heart Study Center, Inc. (HHSCI), leadership is more than a position—it is an opportunity to make a difference. This school year, Allyx takes on a significant responsibility as the President of the Holistican Pupil Government (HPG) for S.Y. 2026–2027, carrying with him the trust of his fellow Holisticans and the hopes of a school community that believes in the potential of its young leaders.

As an HPG President, Allyx stands at the forefront of pupil leadership. His role goes beyond presiding over meetings or representing the learners. He is expected to become a voice of the pupils, a bridge between learners and the school administration, and an example of responsible citizenship.

At his age, leadership may seem like a big responsibility—and it is. But every great leader starts somewhere. For Allyx, this is an opportunity to learn that leadership is not about being above others, but about standing with others.

His journey as HPG President will challenge him to listen to different ideas, understand the concerns of his fellow pupils, make thoughtful decisions, and work with his fellow officers toward activities that will strengthen camaraderie, discipline, responsibility, and school spirit.

More importantly, his presidency represents what HHSCI hopes to develop in every Holistican: a heart willing to serve and a character ready to lead.

Being chosen to lead also means being entrusted with something valuable—the confidence of others. Allyx now carries that trust as he begins his term, with opportunities to transform ideas into action and plans into meaningful experiences for his fellow learners.

His leadership journey will not be measured only by the programs he helps accomplish or the activities he leads. It will also be seen in the small things: how he treats his classmates, how he responds to challenges, how he listens to others, and how he inspires his fellow Holisticans to participate and become better versions of themselves.

As the school year unfolds, Allyx will undoubtedly encounter moments that will test his patience, confidence, and decision-making. Yet these challenges are part of what makes student leadership meaningful. Each challenge becomes a lesson; each mistake becomes an opportunity to grow; and each accomplishment becomes a reminder that leadership is best exercised through service.

With the support of his fellow HPG officers, teachers, parents, and the entire HHSCI community, Allyx begins his term not simply as a President, but as a young servant-leader in the making.

His story is just beginning.

And perhaps, years from now, when Allyx looks back at his elementary years, he will realize that his greatest achievement as an HPG President was not simply being elected—it was discovering the kind of leader he wanted to become.

CELEBRATING TEACHER EXCELLENCE THROUGH CLASS PROFICIENCY!

At Holistic Heart Study Center, Inc. , we believe that examination results are not only numbers—they are also important indicators of how effectively learning has been facilitated, understood, and mastered by our pupils.

The Class Proficiency Level (CPL) provides a meaningful measure of the overall performance of a teacher’s class. It reflects how many learners were able to meet the expected competencies and demonstrate mastery of the lessons assessed.

While examination results are influenced by many factors, a strong CPL can serve as one of the important indicators of effective instruction, appropriate assessment, learner engagement, and consistent teaching support.

Today, we proudly recognize Teacher Precious Grace B. Erong, whose class achieved the Highest Class Proficiency Level Average Rating of 91.70% in the 1st Mid-Quarter Examination!

This achievement represents more than an impressive percentage. It reflects the collective learning of her pupils, her preparation and dedication as a teacher, and her commitment to ensuring that learning translates into measurable progress.
