📍 Buenavista National High School – Daykitin Annex

The spirit of Bayanihan continued to shine on the third day of Brigada Eskwela 2026 as members of the 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program), together with dedicated parents and community volunteers, extended their helping hands in preparing the school for the opening of classes.

Early in the morning, volunteers gathered at the school and participated in various clean-up, repair, and beautification activities. Through their collective efforts, classrooms and school facilities became cleaner, safer, and more conducive to learning.

The active participation of parents, 4Ps beneficiaries, and other stakeholders demonstrated the community’s unwavering support for education and its commitment to providing learners with a welcoming learning environment.

The school administration sincerely thanks all volunteers for their time, hard work, and generosity. Their dedication embodies the true essence of Brigada Eskwela, working together to ensure that every learner is ready to begin the new school year in a safe and nurturing school environment.

Buenavista National High School – Daykitin Annex

The spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan continued on the second day of Brigada Eskwela 2026 as teachers, parents, stakeholders, and community volunteers actively participated in various school preparation activities.

Early in the morning, Dr. Maridel G. Lincallo, Public Schools District Supervisor, visited and monitored the ongoing Brigada Eskwela activities. During her visit, she carefully assessed the progress of the different work areas and provided valuable suggestions on how the available manpower could be efficiently distributed throughout the week to maximize productivity and ensure that priority tasks are completed on schedule.

Dr. Lincallo also commended the dedication and cooperation shown by the volunteers and school personnel, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in creating a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment for the opening of classes.

As Brigada Eskwela continues, the school remains grateful for the unwavering support of its stakeholders and volunteers who generously share their time, effort, and resources for the benefit of every learner.

📰 BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 OFFICIALLY KICKS OFF! 🏫✨

Buenavista National High School – Daykitin Annex and Daykitin Elementary School successfully conducted a joint Opening Program for Brigada Eskwela 2026 on June 1, 2026, demonstrating unity and shared commitment toward providing a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment for all students.

The event commenced with a parade led by Mrs. Dezza G. Perlas, Principal of Daykitin Elementary School, and Mr. Marcelo R. Naranjo, School Head of BNHS–Daykitin Annex. Teachers, stakeholders, parents, learners, and community partners actively participated in the parade, showcasing their support for this year's Brigada Eskwela.

Following the parade, the opening program was held at the Daykitin Elementary School Covered Court. Highlights of the program included the Messages from Stakeholders, Paglalahad ng Layunin at mga Gawain para sa Brigada Eskwela 2026, Panunumpa ng Pakikiisa, and the Writing of Commitment by participants as a symbol of their dedication to the success of the activity.

The event culminated with the Pormal na Pagbubukas ng Brigada Eskwela 2026, officially launching the week-long initiative aimed at preparing schools for the opening of classes through volunteerism, collaboration, and community involvement.

Together, let us continue to strengthen the spirit of bayanihan and work hand in hand for the benefit of our learners.

Buenavista, Marinduque — In line with the celebration of Fire Prevention Month, the High School Fire Protection Challenge was successfully conducted this morning at Malbog Public Market, Brgy. Malbog, under the inspiring theme, “Hangad Nating Lahat, Pamayanang Handa, Aktibo at Masagana.”

Demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and exceptional fire response skills, Buenavista National High School- Daykitin Annex emerged as 1st Runner-Up in the competition. The team also garnered special awards, including “Most Disciplined Team” and "Best Team in Fire Extinguishment", highlighting their preparedness and commitment to safety.

The outstanding participants who represented the school are John Cedric S. Saguid, Justine H. Gerafusco, Aira Jane F. Rotolo, Princess Rocel L. Saguid, Ruther S. Mameng, Prince Kurt L. Obsequio, Jaylo Y. Guevarra, Jericho A. Grave, and Jhon David S. Cafe, under the guidance of their dedicated coach, Ms. Abegail J. Faderogao.

📢 1ST QUARTER NATIONWIDE SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL 2026

Today, March 12, 2026, Buenavista National High School- Daykitin Annex successfully participated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2026 as part of our commitment to promoting safety, preparedness, and disaster awareness among our learners and school community.

Through this activity, our students practiced the proper response during earthquakes—Duck, Cover, and Hold—to ensure everyone knows what to do when an emergency occurs.

Together, we continue to build a safer, more prepared, and resilient school community. 💙🏫

Earlier this morning, the Boy Scouts, together with fellow students, participated in a coastal clean-up along the shoreline in front of the school. The activity aimed to promote environmental awareness, responsibility, and teamwork among the youth while helping keep the coastal area clean and safe for the community. 🌊🌱

Through this simple yet meaningful effort, the students showed their commitment to protecting nature and taking part in building a cleaner environment for everyone. ♻️
