STRICT REMINDERS:

Be on time! Clearance processing and manuscript checking will only be done on your assigned date.

Walk-ins will be accommodated ONLY if the scheduled course fails to appear.

NO GROUPS will be entertained after their scheduled date, unless a valid reason with supporting proof is presented.

Yesterday, February 24, 2025, the Research Development Center and the College of Criminal Justice Education Faculty hosted the "Seminar-Workshop on Thesis Advising Techniques" with Prof. Elmira O. Negro, MSC from University of Cebu as the distinguised speaker.

With the theme "Enhancing Research Advisory Skills for Academic Excellence," the event aimed to deepen our understanding of effective thesis advising strategies, equipping faculty with the tools to guide towards research success.

The Title Hearing Schedule for research groups has been officially released! Please take note of the following dates for your respective colleges:

📌 College of Information Technology
📅 February 20-21 & 25, 2025 (3 days)

📌 College of Teacher Education
📅 March 4-7 & 11-12, 2025 (6 days)

📌 College of Criminal Justice
📅 March 18-21 & 25-28, 2025 (6 days)

📌 College of Hospitality Management
📅 April 4 & 8, 2025 (2 days)

REQUIREMENTS

Each group must prepare three (3) research titles, and each title should include the following:
✅ Introduction
✅ Basis of Variables
✅ Statement of the Problem
✅ Cleared Clearance with Attachment of Letter Endorsement from Adviser
✅ Fully Accomplished Waiver

📌 IMPORTANT: The Letter of Endorsement must be submitted at least three (3) working days before the scheduled hearing.

Kindly ensure that all requirements are complete before your scheduled title hearing. Let’s work together for a smooth and successful research process!
