"PFC Success on Intramurals 2025"

On September 20, 2025, aspiring Peer Facilitators woke up with hope and excitement, having once again succeeded in touching people's hearts through a simple yet meaningful acts of giving free hugs and promoting art therapy. This genuine warmth of offering free hugs helped release oxytocin, called the "cuddle hormone," which effectively reduced stress. And, art therapy sessions provide a safe and creativity within peace. Through colors, textures, and shapes, and through non-verbal way, an individual can express their emotions that they might have struggled to express with words.

Hug it Out days 💗

BCCnians let us Spread the love and share the joy as the Peer Facilitators will give Free Hugs for everyone this Intramural Week! 💖🤗

The Peer Facilitators' Circle will be conducting the annual Guidance and Counseling Office Activity which is the giving of free hugs around the campus. It will be a 3-day activity of the Guidance and Counseling office during the Intramural days.
