THANK YOU, SIR JUHAYR!

Today, we bid farewell not only to an adviser, but to someone who has been a mentor, a guide, and a steady source of inspiration—Sir Juhayr Omar. As he moves on to a new chapter in his journey, we pause to reflect on the profound impact he has left on each of us and on our organization as a whole.

From the very beginning, Sir Juhayr embraced our org with genuine dedication and patience. He wasn’t just present—he was involved. He challenged us to grow, pushed us to think critically, and believed in what we could become, even when we doubted ourselves. His doors were always open, his advice always sincere, and his encouragement always timely.

Sir Juhayr taught us that leadership is not about authority, but about service. He showed us that success isn’t measured only by achievements, but by the character we build along the way. Through his calm guidance and steady support, he helped us navigate challenges and celebrate victories with humility.

What we will remember most is not only what he taught, but how he made us feel—seen, capable, and valued. His kindness reached beyond responsibilities; it touched hearts. His presence made every meeting lighter, every project meaningful, and every struggle bearable.

As he leaves, we feel both gratitude and sadness—grateful for the time he shared with us, and sad because things won’t be quite the same without him. But more than anything, we feel proud to have been shaped by someone of his integrity and compassion.

Sir Juhayr, thank you for believing in us. Thank you for your patience, your wisdom, and your unwavering support. Though your role with us has come to an end, your influence will remain in every decision we make, every project we pursue, and every success we achieve.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply the beginning of a new chapter for you, and a continuation of your legacy through us.

Student Leaders Ensure Smooth Flow of LDS1 Accreditation Event

The LDS1 Refresher Course and Accreditation of Coaches and Officiating Officials was successfully held on December 2, 2025, at Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School. The event gathered coaches of athletes from all over Lanao del Sur 1 to enhance their skills, update their knowledge, and ensure proper accreditation for upcoming Division Meet 2025

A key highlight of the activity was the strong support provided by the different school organizations of Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School— Barkada Kontra Droga, Supreme Secondary Learner Government, Youth Environment School Organization and Isal Supreme School Council. Their presence played a major role in the smooth flow of the entire program.

Representatives from various organizations were present throughout the event. BKD President Sittie Hamida Daud, YES-O President Jamim Oding, and the ISSC Vice President Habib Noroden attended and assisted the participants from start to finish. They patiently managed their responsibilities, ensuring that all coaches and officials were guided properly during the seminar.

Their dedication showed the unity and commitment of the school community. Through their support, the event became more organized, welcoming, and productive for everyone involved.

The participation of these organizations did not only provide assistance—it demonstrated the value of teamwork and cooperation in achieving a successful and meaningful program. Their efforts proved that when student leaders work hand in hand with faculty and visitors, any event can become a positive experience for all.

Bubong Kicks Off 2025 Municipal Meet

Today, November 27, 2025, marks the official opening of the Bubong Municipal Meet, beginning with a vibrant parade that united students, teachers, parents, and youth organizations from across the municipality. The event kicked off with energetic cheers from participating schools—among them Pindugoan Elementary School, Sungod Malungun Elementary School, Rogero Elementary School, Batangan Elementary School, Carigongan Primary School, Datu a Lambas Elementary School, Matampay Elementary School, Dimapatoy Elementary School DMASr.MNHS, East Bayabao NHS, and Sarip Memorial NHS—each proudly representing their school.

Teachers from every school marched alongside their students, guiding and motivating them throughout the parade. Parents also joined the celebration, offering their support and showcasing the strong community spirit that defines Bubong’s annual municipal event.

BKD officers and members, together with SSLG and YES-O organizations, played an essential role in maintaining order and fostering camaraderie, both during the parade and inside the Municipal Gymnasium. Their cooperation ensured that the activities remained organized, peaceful, and enjoyable for all.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, each school performed its own field demonstration dance, transforming the opening ceremony into a vibrant showcase of creativity, teamwork, and local pride.

DMASr.MNHS Student Leaders Excel in LearnCon PH 2025

The Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School (DMASr.MNHS), through its Youth Formation Unit, proudly marked a successful participation in the Learners’ Convergence Philippines (LearnCon PH) 2025, held from October 26 to 31, 2025, in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

Organized by the Department of Education (DepEd) through the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations (QUOPS) and the Bureau of Learner Support Services–Youth Formation Division (BLSS–YFD), the nationwide event gathered student leaders and advisers from various regions for a week-long program focused on leadership development, civic engagement, and collaborative learning.

Representing DMASr.MNHS were the following student delegates:

Jamim D. Oding, YES-O President

They were accompanied by their dedicated advisers and chaperones:

Throughout the convergence, the delegates actively participated in workshops, plenary sessions, and interactive activities designed to enhance their leadership competencies, strengthen civic responsibility, and foster collaboration among youth leaders nationwide.

The DMASr.MNHS delegation extends its heartfelt gratitude to Principal Sir Asnawi Raki-in, JD, for his unwavering encouragement and full support; SHS Assistant Principal Ma’am Rayhannah Salong for her guidance and motivation; and BKD advisers Ma’am Raihanie Natangcop and Sir Juhayr Omar for their consistent mentorship and care throughout the event.

Sincere appreciation is also extended to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Ramain and generous sponsors who chose to remain unnamed but whose contributions played a vital role in enabling the school’s participation in this national gathering.

The school community likewise conveys its deepest gratitude to Dr. Bae Rubina Mimbantas Macabunar, PhD, Schools Division Superintendent, for her steadfast commitment to promoting youth empowerment and leadership excellence, and to Sir Farhan Macapandi, Division YES-O Coordinator, for his continued support and guidance.

STEM 12 Successfully Concludes Research Proposal Defense at Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. MNHS

The research proposal defense of STEM 12 – Da Vinci and Archimedes was successfully concluded on Wednesday, October 22, at the Senior High School Department of Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School.

The researchers' comprehension of their respective titles was put to the test as they presented and defended their papers before a panel. The activity was facilitated by the research adviser of STEM 12 in Practical Research 2, Ma'am Asnaida Pacote, along with the honoured panelists: Monalisa Dida-agun, Joan Pangcoga, Johana Abdulmalic, Normallah Boriongan, and Sittie Fatma Sohra Casangoan for STEM 12-A, and Raihannah Sarosong, Arsad Radiamoda, Alden Diaca, and Mosfira Mahdi for STEM 12-B.

The panel’s assessment provided valuable insights that contributed to the improvement of the researchers’ papers. Their constructive feedback enabled the students to gain a deeper understanding of their research titles, strengthening the overall quality of their proposals.

It was an overall challenging experience for the students, but with the aid and encouragement from the panelists, it gave them the spirit to continue striving for excellence in their research papers.

To all the Grade 12 researchers, don’t lose your passion for learning and keep doing your best! In shaa Allah, your dedication and efforts will pay off.

The Masterpiece Makers: Honoring the Art of Teaching

In celebration of Teacher’s Day 2025, Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School held a heartfelt program titled “The Masterpiece Makers: Honoring the Art of Teaching” on October 8, 2025. The event aimed to recognize and appreciate the invaluable contributions of teachers in shaping not only minds but also futures.

The program began with an opening led by BKD president Ms. Sittie Hamida Daud and BKD auditor Ms. Sohaya Alibasa followed by the Reading of the Qur’an by ISSC President Norsaif Macaombao, and the singing of the National Anthem, BARMM Hymn, and Division I Hymn led by BKD Secretary External Alyzah Bilao. A warm welcome address was delivered by Principal Sir Asnawi Rakiin, followed by the Statement of Purpose from PTCA Secretary Mrs. Naima Mala Pundoma, highlighting the significance of honoring educators.

Heartfelt performances from students and teachers added warmth and meaning to the event. Sir Ali Panomblayan serenaded fellow educators, while students shared dance and song numbers, along with a touching video presentation. Dra. Mo’mina Mombao Abdul, Education Program Supervisor, gave an inspiring message, and alumna Ms. Norain Lucman shared a letter of gratitude, expressing the lasting impact teachers have on their students’ lives.

The highlight of the program was the Awarding and Recognition of Teachers for their dedication and service. The success of the event was made possible through the support of classroom officers and school organizations, led by their presidents: Saimar Datunaim (SSLG), Sittie Hamida Daud (BKD), Jamim Oding (YES-O), and Norsaif Macaombao (ISSC), whose teamwork and leadership ensured a smooth and meaningful celebration.

Truly, “The Masterpiece Makers” was more than just a program—it was a powerful tribute to educators as builders of knowledge, character, and hope for the future.

Simple Gesture of Thanks for DMAsr.MNHS Educators

As Teachers’ Month approaches, a special spirit of gratitude fills the air in Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School. Recognizing the countless hours, patience, and dedication poured into shaping young minds, the SSLG, BKD, and YES-O officers — together with the classroom officers — came together to show their deep appreciation for the school’s administrators, teachers, and staff.

To express their heartfelt thanks, they prepared lunch packs — not just as food, but as a symbol of gratitude. It was a simple yet meaningful way to say, “We see your hard work, your sacrifices, and your passion. You matter to us.”

As we reflect on this thoughtful act, may Allah guide all of us on the right path and give us the strength every day to fulfill our responsibilities with dedication and compassion. Furthermore, may this spirit of gratitude continue to inspire us — not just during Teachers’ Month, but throughout the entire year.

Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. MNHS Holds Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony for New Student Leaders

To mark the beginning of a new chapter in student leadership, Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. Memorial National High School held its Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony for the newly elected officers on August 25, 2025, at the Sultan Palace Function Hall. The event officially welcomed the leaders of various school organizations, including the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), Islamic Student Supreme Council (ISSC), the Faculty Club, and the Parent-Teacher and Association (PTA).

The program began with an inspiring opening remark message from the Officer-in-Charge School Principal, Sir Asnawi Rakiin, who reminded the students that leadership is rooted in service, dedication, and setting a good example. His words encouraged the newly elected officers to become role models in both actions and values.

Following this, PTA President Datu Kiram Dirampatun emphasized the importance of unity among students, parents, and school staff. He shared that cooperation and communication among all sectors of the school community play a key role in creating a positive and productive learning environment.

To show the faculty’s support, JHS Assistant Principal and Faculty Club President Ma’am Alicia Dida-agun addressed the crowd, sharing how proud the teachers were of the students' willingness to lead. She encouraged the officers to work hard, stay humble, and always keep the best interests of their fellow students in mind.

The main highlight of the event was the official oath-taking, led by Division YES-O Coordinator Sir Farhan Mapandi. Each student leader took an oath, promising to fulfill their duties with honesty and dedication. A symbolic "Key of Responsibility" was then handed over to the newly elected presidents of each organization: Sittie Hamida Daud (BKD), Saimar Datunaim (SSLG), Jamim Oding (YES-O), and Norsaif Macaombao (ISSC). This act represented their commitment to lead with integrity, teamwork, and a clear sense of purpose.

Adding a personal touch to the program, BKD President Sittie Hamida Daud gave a heartfelt message. In her speech, she expressed her promise to serve her fellow students not just with leadership, but with empathy. “So today, I officially commit. To lead not just with responsibility, but with compassion. To speak not just with authority, but with understanding. To act not just as a president—but as a fellow student who cares,” she said.

In all, the induction ceremony was not only a formal recognition of student leadership but also a celebration of unity and shared goals. With the support of school staff and parents, and the dedication of its new leaders, Datu Mamintal Adiong Sr. MNHS is set to move forward with strength, cooperation, and purpose in the school year 2025–2026.

As another school year unfolds, a new set of determined student officers collaborate to uphold the same goal — to lead with integrity and sustain a safety school community.

The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Organization is formed with committed leaders who are inclined to protect the school from violence, spread anti-drug and anti-smoking awareness, and help prevent students from engaging in a destructive lifestyle.

It is the passion to serve the school community that brings BKD to act as one. The officers strive to foster a harm-free and healthy school environment for an enriched learning experience for all students.

BKD leads with a profound purpose: it is part of our mission to guide those who have lost themselves in the warmth of smokes and chaos get back on the right path.
