Learning for Health, Building Abedinians for a Stronger Community!

The Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Buadiposo-Buntong successfully conducted the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 and National Adolescent Immunization Month Celebration on the 26th day of 2026, bringing together students and participants from various communities across the Municipality of Buadiposo-Buntong for a meaningful day of health education, awareness, and community engagement.

The program featured informative sessions on important health concerns, including adolescent health, family planning, breastfeeding, disease prevention, and sight-saving, among others. Beyond the enjoyable activities, prizes, and tokens, the participants gained valuable knowledge and insights that promote healthier and more informed communities.

The Abedin Memorial National High School was represented by their School Principal, Miss Ayesa-Azria Y. Abedin, MAEd, together with Assistant Principal Sohra Y. Abedin, faculty representatives, campus officers, and selected Abedinian students.

The activity was further graced by the message and support of Hon. Noron "Hayanisah" G. Dadayan, Municipal Mayor of Buadiposo-Buntong, Lanao del Sur, whose presence highlighted the importance of collective support for the health and well-being of the youth.

Abedin MNHS extends its sincere appreciation to the RHU Buadiposo-Buntong, to the OIC-Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Johaina R. Benito, nurses, and all the organizers and stakeholders who made this meaningful and enriching activity possible.

Bridging Technology and Teamwork for a Smarter School Force!๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿซ

Alhamdulillah! ABEDIN MNHS successfully conducted a targeted orientation on the new Database for Student Management and Information System yesterday, 18th day of August 2026. Through the visionary initiative of our School Head, Ms. Ayesa-Azria Y. Abedin, MAEd, this digital shift is designed to put our teachersโ€”especially class advisersโ€”at total ease when managing student profiles, inputting grades, and attaching vital records. Alhamdulillah for the success of this orientation, which would not have been possible without your support.

On behalf of the faculty, ISAL Teachers, and staff of Abedin MNHS, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to our lecturer, Sir Amenodin "Sir Dods" M. Pandaca, RME, ECT, LPT for sharing your invaluable expertise and time during our orientation. This will be greatly eased the apprehensions of our faculty force, ISAL teachers and class advisers. At Abedin Memorial National High School (ABEDIN MNHS), every visit from our partners is a reminder that educating our learners is a shared responsibility.

We were truly honored to welcome Ms. Almerah M. Mosib, Municipal Budget Officer and member of the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Buadiposo Buntong, together with Mr. Alitaher Jr. (Alken) R. Lucman, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), as a representative of the office of the Municipal Mayor of Buadiposo Buntong headed by Hon. Noron โ€œHayanisahโ€ G. Dadayan, during their official school visitation.

Their visit reflected the Local School Board's strong commitment to supporting quality education and strengthening school governance. More importantly, it emphasized the importance of creating a school where every learner feels safe, protected, respected, and empowered.

During the activity, our school community gained valuable insights on the Referral Pathway for Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV), helping raise awareness of the offices and services available to support children and individuals who may experience abuse, exploitation, or violence. The team also facilitated meaningful discussions on the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) System and the Drug Abuse Prevention Campaign, reminding everyone of our shared role in building a resilient, secure, and drug-free school community.

Our brilliant students ( TEAM PANGANDAG A BUADIPOSO BUNTONG) proudly participated in the Meranaw Mind Quest during the 67th Araw ng Lanao Del Sur, Pakaradiyaan o Sarimanok celebration! The event was organized by the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur on July 9, 2026, at the Provincial Hall, New Capitol Complex, Marawi City.

Alhamdulillah! We extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude to our active Municipal Mayor, Hon. Noron "Hayanisah" G. Dadayan, JD, and the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur for their continuous, unwavering support for education. Heartfelt thanks also go to the Division of Lanao Del Sur-1 Official, led by Dr. Rubina Mimbantas Macabunar, for giving our students this vital opportunity. This experience allowed them to gain valuable knowledge, balancing western education with a deep appreciation for our rich Meranaw culture.
