With deepest respect and sincere gratitude, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur, Hon. Joseph Simon Valdez, for his gracious approval and generous provision of transportation for our delegation to Botolan, Zambales.

We also express our sincere thanks to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan for their unwavering support and invaluable assistance.

Our heartfelt gratitude likewise goes to the faculty of Teodoro Hernaez National High School, under the exemplary leadership of Mr. Danilo C. Quitoriano, to the FPTA led by Mr. Mario Rayray, to the supportive parents of our Scouts, whose encouragement, guidance, and care helped make their participation in the 33rd APRSJ possible and to all who offered their prayers for the safety, guidance, and success of our delegates.
