PRMSU COLLEGE ENTRANCE TEST (PCET) APPLICATION FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER OF A.Y. 2026-2027 IS NOW OPEN!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Please read and understand the following rules carefully before completing the online application form:

This PCET application is for the SECOND SEMESTER, A.Y. 2026–2027 ONLY!
PCET APPLICATION FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR 2027–2028 IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS APPLICATION.

1. ONE (1) ACCOUNT PER PERSON ONLY
Each applicant is allowed to create and use ONLY ONE account for the PCET application. Do not create multiple accounts or submit multiple applications.

2. ONE (1) CAMPUS ONLY
Applicants must register in ONLY ONE (1) PRMSU Campus. Make sure you have decided which campus you want to apply to before submitting your application
Do not register under different campuses. Once you have selected your campus, make sure that you are completing the application form for that specific campus only.

3. USE A VALID AND ACTIVE GMAIL ACCOUNT
Applicants must use a valid and active Gmail account ending in .com when registering.
Your Gmail account is very important. The Testing Permit, examination results, important announcements, and other PCET-related information will be sent to the email address you provide in your application. Make sure that you can access your Gmail account and regularly check your inbox, including your Spam/Junk folder.DO NOT use an inactive, invalid, or inaccessible email account.

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW FOR PCET APPLICATION:
1. The following are qualified to apply for the PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) Second Semester A.Y. 2026-2027:
1.1. Transferees from other schools/institutions;
1.2. Graduates of Senior High School;
1.3. Graduates of 4th year high school before SY 2017-2018;
1.4. Graduates of Alternative Learning System (ALS);

2. The PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) application period will be from September 2 – October 5, 2026 only.

3. Requirements:
a. 1 pc 2x2 picture with name tag, white background.
b. 1 copy of SHS Form 137/138, Certificate of Rating for ALS, and TOR for transferees.
c. Php 150.00 for the Entrance Test Fee

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) officially released the results on May 12, 2026, bringing pride and honor to the entire President Ramon Magsaysay State University community.

PRMSU campuses demonstrated remarkable performance in the elementary level examination, surpassing the national passing rate of 56.03%:

🏅 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐨 – 94.44% first-takers | 85.00% passing rate
🏅 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜 – 94.44% first-takers | 73.91% passing rate
🏅 𝐈𝐛𝐚 – 92.86% first-takers | 79.17% passing rate
🏅 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 – 79.41% first-takers | 73.68% passing rate
🏅 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧 – 77.78% first-takers | 63.64% passing rate
🏅 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐣𝐨𝐬 – 75.00% first-takers | 70.97% passing rate
