To every student who feels tired, overwhelmed, lost, or uncertain—please remember: what you’re going through does not define your worth.

A difficult semester is not a failed life.
A bad day is not a bad future.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness.

You are seen.
You are heard.
You are valued.
You are important.
And we’re glad you’re here. 🤍

This Su***de Prevention Month, let’s remind one another that no one should have to face their struggles alone.

Let’s build a campus where reaching out is met with understanding, compassion, and support—not judgment.

Check on your friends.
Listen without judgment.
Reach out when someone seems to be struggling.
And most importantly, stay connected.

Sometimes, a simple “How are you, really?” can mean more than we realize.
You matter. Your story matters. Your presence matters.
Keep going. One day, one moment, one breath at a time.

Mahigpit na yakap mga SANGKA-ESTUDYANTEHAN.! 🫂🫂🫂
