The Federated Student Council Organization Inc. held its third regular meeting on April 22, 2023, at the Students Pavilion, ESSU-Main Campus, as stated in its Constitution and By Laws, Article VI section 4 "shall have a regular meeting once in every two months during Fridays and/or Saturdays of the month."

This exercise was carried out in collaboration with the SSG-TSG of ESSU-Main and the SSC Officers of ESSU-Guiuan. This was initiated in order to discuss the FSCO's Inc. Constitutions and Bylaws, updates on planned FSCO Inc. activities, and other matters with the primary goal of improving the flow of FSCO Inc. and SSC officers among campuses.
