Looking back a week after the dust has settled on the courts, the energy of the MPSU Sports Fest 2026 still echoes across the campus. Beyond every hard-fought victory, every exhausting match, and every single point fought for on the field, the Students' BBQ Night stood as the ultimate celebration of collective resilience, grit, and unity among the student body.
After days of intense competition that tested physical limits, taking that crucial moment to strip away team colors, share a meal, dance, and simply unwind under the open sky served as a powerful reminder of what truly matters. Delegations entered the week representing different colleges, but walked away as one stronger, more connected community. The camaraderie built off the court proved to be just as impactful as the passion displayed on it.
Seeing the entire student body come together after such a long, arduous week is a testament to the strength and spirit of Mountain Province State University. Gratitude goes out to every student-athlete who left their heart in the game, every student who cheered until their voice faded, and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the event a success. The medals may eventually fade, but the bonds forged during this Sports Fest will continue to define the campus moving forward.
