19 newly hired, promoted, and transferred MinSU employees and 33 frontline service personnel underwent an integrated onboarding, customer service, and gender sensitivity training yesterday, June 30, 2026, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to deliver ethical, efficient, and people-centered public service.
Organized by the University's Human Resource Unit, the one-day capacity-building program forms part of MinSU's continuing investment in building a competent workforce aligned with the University's standards of excellence, accountability, and service.
