In celebration of the Foundation Day on September 17-18, 2026, all faculty, staff and students are hereby informed of the following schedule, attire, and attendance guidelines.

Faculty and Staff are allowed to wear civilian attire.
Proper, decent, and school-appropriate attire must still be observed.

Students who will participate in the motorcade must wear their respective ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐ญ.
Faculty and Staff are allowed to wear white shirt.
Students who have motorcycles are required to attend and participate in the motorcade.
Students who do not have motorcycles are not required to join the motorcade and shall remain at the school premises.
All participants are expected to arrive on time and follow the instructions of the assigned coordinators.
Students bringing motorcycles are reminded to observe proper safety measures, traffic rules, and responsible riding practices throughout the activity.

All faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to participate in the Foundation Day Fun Run.
Participants are advised to bring a change of clothes for the succeeding activities after the Fun Run.
After the Fun Run, students may wear civilian attire, provided that it is decent, appropriate, and in accordance with the school's dress code and standards.

Different teams. Different colors. Different stories. But one school that brought us all together. โค๏ธ

Sports Fest 2026 was filled with loud cheers, intense moments, unexpected turns, unforgettable laughs, and memories that will surely be talked about long after the games are over.

We may have competed against one another, but every game reminded us that competition is only one part of the story. What matters most is that we played, cheered, laughed, and made memories together.

At the end of the day, the scoreboard may tell us who won the gameโ€”but the memories tell us why we played.

So hereโ€™s to every cheer, every high-five, every โ€œgood game,โ€ every happy dance, and yesโ€ฆ even those moments that made us say, โ€œGrabe, intense!โ€

- Participation is strictly individual

2. Submission of Entries:
- Each participant may submit only one (1) entry.

- Short description (max. 100 words) explaining the logo concept
- Participant details: Full Name, Course/Year & Section, and Contact Number

3. Social Media Posting:
- All qualified entries will be posted on the official page of ICST

4. Disqualification Clause:
- Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- Use of copyrighted, AI-generated, or plagiarized content is strictly prohibited.

5. Announcement of Winners:
- Results will be posted on via page of ICST
- Awarding ceremony during the 22nd Founding Anniversary - September 18, 2026

Design Guidelines:

1. Originality:
- Logo must be 100% original and must not violate any intellectual property laws.

2. Format:
- PNG or JPEG (300 DPI)
- Square canvas (1080x1080px minimum)
- Provide editable file (e.g., PSD, AI, or CDR) if selected as a winner.

3. Content:
- Should reflect with the theme.
- Must be appropriate for all audiences.

Visual Impact - 20%
Description/Explanation - 15%
