Attention, all Sports Fest players!

Please be informed that the scheduled Sports Fest Medical on August 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM onwards is postponed due to the current weather conditions.

The new date and schedule for the medical examination will be announced soon. Please stay tuned to the official announcements of the Supreme Student Council for further updates.

All participating athletes are required to report to the Medical Clinic this Saturday starting at 2:00 PM onwards for their medical check-up.

Students who do not have classes on that day are required to wear a plain white shirt and pants.

GENERAL MECHANICS

Who Can Join?
Open to all officially enrolled ICST students (High School to College).
Participation is strictly individual.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

Each participant may submit only one (1) entry.
Deadline: August 11, 2026
Submit entries via email to [email protected] with the following:
Logo file in PNG or JPEG format (high resolution, at least 1080×1080px, 300 DPI).
Short description (maximum 100 words) explaining the concept of the logo.
Participant details: Full Name, Course/Year & Section, and Contact Number.

SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING

All qualified entries will be posted on the official SSC page.
Only HEART reactions and SHARES on the official post will be counted.

Disqualification Clause
Late or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
Entries that use copyrighted, AI-generated, or plagiarized content will not be accepted.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Results will be posted on the official SSC page.
Awarding of winners will take place during the ICST Sportsfest on August 15, 2026.

DESIGN GUIDELINES

Originality: The logo must be 100% original and free from any copyright infringement.
Format: Must be submitted in PNG or JPEG (300 DPI).
Canvas size: Square (minimum 1080×1080px).
Winning entries must also provide an editable file (e.g., PSD, AI, or CDR).

CONTENT

The design must clearly reflect the theme.
It must be appropriate for all audiences.
The dragon must be incorporated into the logo.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Originality & Creativity – 40%
Relevance to Theme – 20%
Visual Impact – 15%
Facebook Reactions & Shares – 15%
Description/Explanation – 10%
Total: 100%

IMPORTANT NOTES

By joining, participants grant ICST the full rights to use the logo for official and promotional purposes.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.
Judges' decisions are final and non-negotiable.
Use of fake or paid likes/shares will result in disqualification.
