If you have at least 2 years of experience in hospitals, home care, or any caregiving-related work —
you may qualify to APPLY for the National Assessment for Caregiving (Elderly) NC II based on your work experience.

💡 This is for ASSESSMENT ONLY.
❗ No training will be given, as training is not allowed once you are applying for National Assessment through industry experience.

Assessment Fee: ₱1,620
Processing Fee: ₱30

Requirements:
• Certificate of Employment (minimum 2 years relevant experience)
• Passport-size picture with name tag, white background
• Fill out the Application Form in the office

Self-Assessment Guide (SAG) will be provided in the office when you fill out your application. This will help you review and understand the competencies required before taking the assessment.

If you already have the skills, let TESDA certify what you’ve earned through real work experience.
