The Cabanatuan Catholic Educational System (CACES) stands in prayer and solidarity with the community of Ateneo de Zamboanga University in this time of profound grief.
We extend our deepest sympathy to all students, faculty, staff, administrators, families, and those affected. Though separated by distance, we remain united as one Catholic educational community—one in faith, hope and love.
We pray especially for those who grieve: may the Lord grant them strength, surround them with loving support, and bring comfort in their sorrow. We also pray for the eternal rest of the departed and the peace of God’s embrace.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠—𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞! 💻📚🙏

Despite the circumstances, our young Franciscans continued to learn, connect, and grow through online classes on August 18 and 19.

Beyond their academic lessons, our learners also took time to pray the Novena to Our Mother of Perpetual Help, strengthening their faith and trust in God. 🙏💙 They also actively participated in Homeroom Guidance discussions, sharing their thoughts, listening to one another, and learning valuable lessons beyond the classroom.

Indeed, learning at SFADS goes beyond academics—it is about forming minds, nurturing hearts, and strengthening faith. ✨

Kahit online, tuloy ang pagkatuto, pananalangin, at paghubog ng ating mga batang Franciscano! 💻📖🙏

Ang suspensyon, na ipinatutupad sa ilalim ng Executive Order No. 22, Series of 2026, ay isang hakbang na pangkaligtasan bunsod ng patuloy na epekto ng Enhanced Southwest Monsoon o Habagat at ng inaasahang pagpapatuloy ng malalakas na pag-ulan sa lalawigan.

Batay sa mga Heavy Rainfall Warning na inilabas ng DOST-PAGASA mula Agosto 8 hanggang ngayong Agosto 9, ang iba’t ibang bahagi ng Nueva Ecija ay isinailalim sa 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰, 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬. Sa pinakahuling Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 34 na inilabas ngayong 11:00 AM, Agosto 9, ang mga bahagi ng lalawigan ay nasa Red, Orange, at Yellow Warning Levels.

Dagdag pa rito, sa konsultasyon sa Pampanga River Basin Flood Forecasting and Warning Center (PRFFWC) ngayong Agosto 9, ipinaabot na ang inaasahang lagay ng pag-ulan sa Nueva Ecija bukas, Agosto 10, ay maaaring magpatuloy sa kaparehong trend na naranasan noong Agosto 8 at 9, kabilang ang Yellow, Orange, at Red rainfall conditions.

Bilang pag-iingat, minarapat ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan na suspendihin ang mga klase upang mabawasan ang panganib dulot ng malakas na pag-ulan, posibleng pagbaha, at mapanganib na kondisyon sa pagbiyahe, at higit sa lahat upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, magulang, at buong komunidad.

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng Novo Ecijanos na manatiling alerto, mag-ingat sa pagbiyahe, iwasan ang pagtawid o pagdaan sa mga lugar na binabaha, at patuloy na sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na abiso mula sa DOST-PAGASA, PRFFWC, PDRRMO, at mga lokal na awtoridad.

Hindi lamang sa wika yumayaman ang isang Pransiskano, kundi maging sa kaalaman sa wastong pamamahala ng pananalapi. 💰📖

Matagumpay na isinagawa ang unang araw ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 sa pamamagitan ng Kaalamang Pampinansiyal, na pinangunahan ng ating mga panauhin mula sa Cebuana Lhuillier. Sa kanilang makabuluhang talakayan tungkol sa Financial Literacy, natutunan ng ating mga mag-aaral sa Baitang 5 hanggang 10 ang kahalagahan ng tamang pagba-budget, pag-iimpok, at matalinong pagpapasya sa pananalapi—mga kasanayang magagamit hindi lamang sa paaralan kundi sa pang-araw-araw na buhay.

Bilang pagninilay sa kanilang mga natutuhan, gumawa rin ang mga mag-aaral ng kanilang sariling repleksyon, na nagpapakita ng kanilang pagpapahalaga sa responsableng paggamit ng bawat biyayang ipinagkakaloob ng Diyos.

Maraming salamat sa Cebuana Lhuillier sa pagbabahagi ng kaalaman na tunay na nagbibigay-kapangyarihan sa kabataang Pransiskano.
