SARMHS extends its deepest condolences to the family of Maโ€™am Ely Arevalo Eligoyo.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of a devoted educator who served our school and community with unwavering dedication from 1976 until her retirement in 2017 โ€” a remarkable 41 years of service. Maโ€™am Ely, one of the pillars who witnessed the transition from San Jose Barangay High School to SARMHS, spent decades shaping young minds with discipline, compassion, and excellence.

She was known for her exceptional commitment to her professionโ€”never late, rarely absent, and faithfully submitting her lesson plans until her very last day in service. Her dedication went beyond expectations: even when there was only one student present in the classroom, she continued to teach with the same passion and commitment, believing that every learner deserved her best.

Her strict yet caring guidance molded countless students into better individuals, and her legacy lives on in every life she touched.

We are deeply grateful for her 41 years of service, her passion, and the example she set for teachers and students alike. May we all remember her with honor and appreciation.
