On December 12, 2025, the School-based Training of the Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) Program for Student Leaders on Peer Health Navigation was held at the Edzena Activity Center, Arnedo National High School.
Ma'am Keshia Kae Hannah G. Duque and Mr. Dereck M. Pagador led the school-based training. Student leaders from SSLG, Yes-O, BKD, Grade 7-12 Class Presidents, and Grade 10 learners participated in the event along with the SSLG adviser, Sir Paul T. Caasi and Yes-O adviser, Sir Joshua C. Quisay who served as facilitators.
Ma'am Keshia discussed the Key Concepts, Basic Principles and Practice Standards, ARH and CSE convergence and Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd (OK sa DepEd). She also emphasized the importance of being a Peer Health Navigator and the referral pathways they need to know.
Furthermore, Mr. Dereck discussed team creation, products, and services, and facilitated activities for the participants. During each activity, student leaders shared their thoughts on topics such as testing SBC Materials, Health Campaign Platforms, and Successful Referrals Inside and Outside the school.
Arnedo National High School's Peer Health Navigators are now ready to guide their schoolmates towards better reproductive health and well-being.
