Setyembre 15 -16, 2026 - Noong nakaraang buwan, nagkaroon ng hayo, hinay, hinga hinto pati na rin sa ilang araw nga buwan ng Setyembre sa kadahilanang nakaranas ng mga matitinding bagyo ang ating bansa. Ilang mga araw din na nakansela ang pasok ng mga bata sa paaralan pati na rin ang pasok ng mga empleyado ay naapektuhan. May mga ilang pampaaralang proyekto o mga aktibidad ang nabinbin.
Ngunit ang pagmamahal at suporta ng mga magulang sa Paaralang Elementarya ng Akbot Alicnas ay hindi huminto, bagkus mas sumiklab pa. Sa pangunguna ng pangulo ng Samahan ng mga Magulang at G**o na si Ginoong Oliver Pitpitan, sa suporta ng tagapamahala ng paaralan na si Ginang Maring Ano at kooperasyon ng mga magulang at komunidad, sila ay nagpasya na ipagpatuloy ang nabinbing mga gawain, para sa pagpasok ng mga mag-aaral ay maayos ang madadatnan nilang paaralan at mga silid-aralan.
(Pagsasaayos ng baradong mga palikuran at ng septik tank. Paglilinis ng mga silid-aralan, paglalaba ng mga kurtinang nagkatoon na ng mga amag dahil sa ilang araw na pag-uulan. Pagkumpuni ng bubong ng sala ng paaralan. Pagpapatuloy ng pagpintura sa opisina at marami pa.)

Kami po ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa inisyatibo at laging pag-iisip sa kapakanan ng ating mga mag-aaral. Maraming maraming salamat sa palaging suporta ninyo sa ating paaralan.

I-Akbot stays constant in joining district competitions

September 7, 2026. The I-Akbot joins the 2026 District Schools Press Conference with the theme:"Young Voices, Honest Stories: Shaping the Future Through Truthful Journalism". Despite bad weather and class suspensions, there are four (4) brave learners who participated where MJ A. Tillama tops 2nd place in the News writing English category, Rhealyn A. Quindao participates in Copyreading and Headline Writing (English), Joriebeth B. Tanacio in News Writing (Filipino) and Fernel Daniel B. Valeros in Opinion/Column Writing (Filipino).

September 9, 2026- During the Chess competition as part of the Bokod District Athletic Meet at Daklan Elementary School, with the theme "Green Champions: Sports for a Sustainable Future."In the Male category, Fernel Daniel B. Valeros secures 9th place in Standard and Blitz Chess category out of 26 participants, while in Female category, MJ A. Tillama, out of 21 participants, gets gold in both Chess categories.

The school extends the warmest thanks to the supportive parents and community and the brave learners for making it happen.

Alternative Delivery of Learning Modules During Class Suspension

Despite the suspension of classes, teachers continue to ensure that learning does not stop. Teachers provide and distribute learning modules to learners as an alternative delivery mode, allowing them to continue their lessons and accomplish learning activities at home. This initiative demonstrates the teachers’ commitment to sustaining quality education and ensuring that learners remain engaged in their studies even during class suspensions..

BEYOND THE GRID: 26 bright young learners from Akbot Alicnas Elementary School in Bokod, Benguet received brand-new school bags and essential learning materials from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) yesterday, August 27, 2026!This initiative is part of NGCP’s flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, dedicated to supporting communities and easing the back-to-school expenses for local families.
The initiative sparks hope and equips the next generation with the tools they need for a brighter future.
The big smiles remind us that NGCP's mission goes beyond transmission lines—they empower dreams!

Every bag carries a dream. We are incredibly inspired by the bright smiles of these learners as they receive their new bags and school supplies.

Bokod PNP Personnel Visits the School

Bokod PNP personnel visited the school and actively participated in the Flag Raising Ceremony. Their presence showed their support for the school and its programs and strengthened the partnership between the Philippine National Police and the school community.

They also emphasized the importance of discipline, respect, peace, and safety among learners and school personnel. The visit further promoted a strong collaboration between the PNP and the school in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and child-friendly learning environment.

Akbot Alicnas Elementary School successfully concluded its 2026 Nutrition Month Celebration on July 31, bringing together our learners, parents, teachers, BLGU representatives, and the community in support of this year's theme:

"Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!"

Our heartfelt gratitude to Nurse Rose R. Batanes for sharing valuable knowledge that inspired everyone to embrace healthy eating while caring for our environment. Together, we continue to nurture healthier learners and a healthier future.
