You may visit Virgen del Pilar Academy from Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and bring the following requirements:
• Photocopy of PSA/NSO Issued Birth Certificate
• Report Card
• Certificate of Good moral Character
• Registration Fee ₱500.00
• Miscellaneous ₱500.00
