📢 SCHOOL ADVISORY

Santa Monica Institute, Inc and St. John Paul ll Elementary School, Inc. hereby inform all students, parents, guardians, and members of the Monicanian community that there will be no classes and office operations on Monday, June 22, 2026.

This is to allow the faculty and staff to participate in the BACS Talibon Mass of the Holy Spirit to be held in Trinidad, Bohol.

📌 Classes and regular office operations will resume on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we join our fellow Catholic educators in prayer and thanksgiving, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in the ministry of Catholic education.

A New Chapter of Leadership: Thank You, Rev. Fr. Joseph Anthony B. Inson, and Welcome, Rev. Fr. Neil Patric D. Salada

With hearts full of gratitude and hope, the Santa Monica Innstitute, Inc. and St. John Paul ll Elementary School, Inc. family extends its sincere appreciation to Rev. Fr. Joseph Anthony B. Inson, MAPM for his dedicated service as our School Director from April 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

Thank you for your inspiring leadership, unwavering support, and commitment to the mission of Catholic education. Your guidance has helped strengthen our school community and deepen our shared commitment to forming learners grounded in faith, excellence, and service. We pray that God will continue to bless you abundantly in your priestly ministry and future endeavors.

In light of the magnitude 6.7 earthquake recorded by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) at 9:59 PM on September 30, 2025, with significant intensities felt in Cebu and nearby provinces, and as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our students, faculty, and personnel,

👉 All classes and office work in all levels (private and public) are hereby suspended tomorrow, October 1, 2025, provincewide, as announced by the PDRRMO.

We strongly urge everyone to:

Stay alert and follow official advisories from PDRRMO and PHIVOLCS.

Check your homes and surroundings for possible structural damages.

Keep emergency kits accessible and prepare for possible aftershocks.

Let us all prioritize safety and remain calm as we work together through this situation. 🙏
