In light of the magnitude 6.7 earthquake recorded by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) at 9:59 PM on September 30, 2025, with significant intensities felt in Cebu and nearby provinces, and as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our students, faculty, and personnel,

👉 All classes and office work in all levels (private and public) are hereby suspended tomorrow, October 1, 2025, provincewide, as announced by the PDRRMO.

We strongly urge everyone to:

Stay alert and follow official advisories from PDRRMO and PHIVOLCS.

Check your homes and surroundings for possible structural damages.

Keep emergency kits accessible and prepare for possible aftershocks.

Let us all prioritize safety and remain calm as we work together through this situation. 🙏

For NEW Students / Transferees
- Original SF9 / Learner's Progress Report Card
- Clear Photocopy of NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
- Clear Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- ESC / QVR Certificate (for transferees from private JHS)
- Certificate of Completion (for Grade 11 Transferees)
- 2 pcs 2x2 colored picture (for incoming Grade 7)
- Entrance Fee / Enrollment Fee
2. Entrance Fee / Enrollment Fee is NOT refundable. Once you already paid it and decided to withdraw your enrollment, your payment will NEVER be refunded. (Note: For 4P's beneficiaries, the school principal will sign your certificate of enrollment once you already pay the enrollment / entrance fee.
3. In case the student will drop-out within the first semester, he / she is obliged to pay the tuition fees for the whole semester. If the student will drop-out within the second semester, he / she is obliged to pay the tuition fees for the whole year.
