In Memoriam: Honoring Our Visionary Founder
Today, April 29, 2026, the Northern Cebu Colleges, Inc. community gathers in solemn remembrance and profound gratitude as we mark the 40th Death Anniversary of our beloved founder, Fructuoso Mansueto Fernan.

Four decades have passed since his departure, yet the flame of his vision remains as bright as ever. A man of integrity, intellect, and immense heart, Mr. Fernan founded this institution not merely as a place of study, but as a sanctuary for dreams and a powerhouse for character-building in Northern Cebu.

Our proud Grade 7 student and tennis athlete, Everett Pete Fernan Niere, was honored for his outstanding contributions to the sport at the prestigious Cebu Sports Awards. The event, now in its 40th year, is organized by the Sportswriters Association of Cebu in partnership with San Miguel Brewery. The ceremony was held last, March 8, at Ayala Center Cebu.

This recognition highlights Everett’s dedication, discipline, and excellence in tennis, bringing pride and inspiration to our school community.

Northern Cebu Colleges, Inc. proudly celebrates its 94th Founding Anniversary today March 10, 2026, marking nearly a century of unwavering commitment to education and service. Through the years, the institution has withstood the test of time, continually adapting to change while remaining steadfast in it mission to provide quality education. Generations of students have passed through its halls, emerging as competent professionals and responsible members of society.

Since its founding, Northern Cebu Colleges, Inc. has been more than just a center of learning—it has been a beacon of hope for many.
