Please be guided with the Schedule of Payment at the CRMC UP Campus for FIRST SEMESTER S.Y. 2026-2027 MIDTERM Examination. You are highly encouraged to follow this schedule. However, you are always welcome to settle your fees from Monday to Saturday (8:00AM to 5:00PM) at CRMC UP Pandan Campus, Ground Floor.
To view your Statement of Account with the distribution of fees from Prelim to Semi-Finals, click this link https://crmc.wela.ph/ and input your WELA credentials, then click "Student Ledger" located at the bottom part of College Admissions & Access. Student Ledger is not yet available in the mobile app, so you must access WELA through a browser.

📢 EXAMINATION REMINDERS FOR ALL STUDENTS

As we continue our transition to the new WELA System, Faculty Portal serves as the official basis for determining students who are qualified to take their examinations. (NO MORE ADMISSION SLIPS/TEST PERMITS)

To help ensure a smooth and hassle-free examination experience, we encourage everyone to carefully read the guidelines in this infographic. It also includes the temporary workaround procedures that may be used in case of discrepancies while we are in the system transition period.

Key reminders:
✅ Check your Statement of Account (SOA) in the WELA Portal before your examination. A ₱0.00 balance for the current examination period means your payment has already been validated and it will be reflected in the Faculty Portal that you are allowed to take the exam so need for admission slip or test permit.
-If you applied for a promissory note and it was approved by authorized signatories, it will also be reflected in the Faculty Portal as "Allowed (Promissory note).
✅ If there are discrepancies in the Faculty Portal, you may present your live WELA Portal (SOA), your approved Promissory Note, or the confirmation message from the CRMC Finance Department (if your online payment is still pending posting), as applicable.

Reminder: Students paying online are strongly encouraged to settle their payments at least five (5) days before the examination to allow sufficient time for verification and posting.

Your instructors will verify your eligibility through the Faculty Portal, where students will be tagged as ALLOWED (PAID) or ALLOWED (PROMISSORY NOTE) before being permitted to take the examination.
