Sometimes we as a Carmelite White Knights must surprise our instructor how far and deep the culture he established on us to make sure we feel not left behind. He make sure that we have the best "ingredients" available for us but not costly to obtain to enhance our skills. He likes students who can surpass what he achived. Our 2nd year student courageously took an active rest diff from some of our activity. May be this is the 1st that our 2nd yr fought her way to be accepted in a lodging industry.

From Catering to food handling, to resort management and maintenance, front office, Now Room service. At the school, the activity is Different but the level of intensity is higher. We can say now that we are at par with others. :)
