Your role calls for accuracy, responsibility, and a sharp eye for every detail, qualities that make your contribution an important part of a strong and organized team.

In engineering, precision can make all the difference. A small error in a calculation can change the entire result, reminding us that every detail deserves attention. May you carry that same precision into your journey, making thoughtful decisions, learning from every experience, and always striving to improve.

May this chapter bring you clearer goals, greater achievements, and countless reasons to be proud of your progress. Keep measuring your growth not by how far others have gone, but by how much stronger and wiser you become along the way.

Today, September 15, 2026, we commemorate the 128th Anniversary of the Malolos Congress, a defining moment in Philippine history that reflected the Filipino peopleโ€™s aspirations for independence, self-governance, and a distinct national identity.

Held in Malolos, Bulacan, under the leadership of President Emilio Aguinaldo, the Malolos Congress played a significant role in the establishment of the First Philippine Republic. Its historic deliberations paved the way for the Malolos Constitution, which became a testament to the Filipinosโ€™ pursuit of sovereignty and their vision of a nation governed by its own people.

More than a celebration of a historical milestone, this occasion invites us to look back with gratitude and forward with purpose. The legacy of Malolos reminds us that nation-building begins with people who are willing to stand together, uphold what is right, and share a common hope for the country.

May this commemoration inspire every Filipino to continue loving our country, honoring our history, and carrying forward the ideals that shaped our nation. May we remember that the freedom and identity we value today were built through the courage, unity, and aspirations of those who came before us.

Every great creation starts with an idea, but it takes dedication, creativity, and teamwork to bring it to life, and those are qualities that make every contribution meaningful. As another chapter begins, may you continue to grow not only as a student but also as a reliable member of the team.

May this year give you more opportunities to learn, create, and turn challenges into something worthwhile. Just like in engineering, progress doesnโ€™t happen overnight, it takes patience, precision, and the courage to keep improving. May you carry those qualities with you as you pursue your goals and take on every challenge ahead.

Hereโ€™s to more ideas worth sharing, projects worth remembering, and achievements worth celebrating. Keep building, keep creating, and keep making an impact through your own unique skills.

As another year is added to your journey, we celebrate not only the person you are but also the dedication, responsibility, and commitment you continue to show as a leader. Like every strong foundation, leadership is built through trust, patience, responsibility, and the strength to stand firm when challenges arise.

May this new chapter be another opportunity to strengthen your foundation, reach greater heights, and build a future you can be proud of. May you continue to lead with purpose, serve with sincerity, and face every challenge with the determination and resilience that make a great leader.

Hereโ€™s to more milestones, meaningful experiences, and dreams slowly turning into reality. Keep building, keep growing, and keep inspiring the people around you through the way you lead.

The incessant downpour of rains in the recent days and even weeks and the resulting floods have significantly impacted various facets of our livesโ€”our homes, our livelihood, our schedules, our plans, our classes, and even our mental health. We recognize all of these challenges that have overwhelmed all of our stakeholders that are admittedly continuing to affect all of us.

Assessing the present situations of most of our beloved DYCIans and even employees, we are going to continue to have no classes and implement an

During this time, we can focus first on our families and homes. We can prioritize what we need to prioritize to move forward from the challenges we have faced during the past few days and weeks even.

On the part of DYCI, we are asking our Guidance team and advocates and even the School of Psychology to team up for a ๐ฌ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ-๐ฐ๐ข๐๐ž "๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐ค๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ก๐š๐ง" with our students, scheduled throughout the weekโ€”to ensure the mental health wellness of everyone.

7, make-up sessions will be strategically scheduled and will be communicated immediately to all our students.

To our entire DYCI community, we are truly one family and yes, we shall journey through these concerns and challenges.

Together.

May God bless us all.

Very truly yours,
