DYCI - College of Business Administration

To Jenelyn Termulo, our heartfelt appreciation for choosing honesty, kindness, and integrity even when it was not the easiest choice. 💙

Your simple act of doing what is right has made us proud to call you a student of the College of Business Administration. May your story inspire others to always choose what is right, no matter the circumstances.

Thank you for reminding us that true character is shown in the choices we make. We are proud of you, Jenelyn! Truly, a CBA student worth celebrating. 💙

Sometimes, the simplest yet hardest acts of honesty and kindness can say so much about who we are.

A check of considerable value was accidentally dropped by someone after a visit to a nearby bank. It could have easily been kept, ignored, or left where it was.

But JENELYN TERMULO, a first-year Marketing student of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc., chose to do what is right. 💙

Jenelyn took the initiative to search for its owner through social media. She went out of her way to make sure the check was returned safely. But what touched us even more was learning a little about Jenelyn’s story.

According to the check's owner, after giving her a small reward, Jenelyn said she can now secure the amount she needed to take her examination.

And that made her act of honesty even more meaningful.

Jenelyn could have chosen differently. She could have kept what she found and used it for her own needs... but she chose to do the right thing, without knowing what she might receive in return.

That is integrity. That is character. That is something worth celebrating.

Jenelyn, we are deeply proud of you—not simply because you returned a valuable check, but because despite your circumstances, you showed us the goodness of your heart.

May this small moment remind us all that the right values and kindness matter, and that sometimes, the good we do for others comes back in ways we never expect.

Thank you, Jenelyn, for choosing honesty. Thank you for reminding us what a DYCIan can be.

We are very proud of you. Truly, deeply proud. You are a DYCIan worth celebrating. 💙

Introducing the UNBOXED Executive Decision Portfolio Card.

More than a USB. More than a storage device.

The Executive Decision Portfolio Card is a personalized digital portfolio designed to accompany every Business Administration student throughout their UNBOXED journey. It houses the UNBOXED Video Case Library, learning resources, case templates, and serves as the official repository for students' recorded case analyses, reflections, and other authentic performance-based outputs.

Unlike traditional classroom requirements that end with a grade, the Executive Decision Portfolio Card preserves each student's growth as a decision-maker documenting how they think critically, communicate professionally, and lead with integrity across multiple business disciplines.

As part of the UNBOXED Learning Ecosystem, this innovation reflects our commitment to transforming business education through experiential learning, authentic assessment, and technology-enabled instruction.

Proudly developed by the College of Business Administration of Dr. Yanga's Colleges, Inc., UNBOXED was internationally showcased at the AACSB–Academy of Management Research Impact Conference 2026 held at the prestigious UCD College of Business, Dublin, Ireland, where it was invited as one of only five institutional innovations worldwide selected for the Innovation Showcase.

Because tomorrow's business leaders deserve more than lectures. They deserve experiences that prepare them to think, decide, and lead.

UNBOXED.
Think Critically. Decide Strategically. Lead with Integrity.
