Leadership begins with self-assessment, continuous improvement, and purposeful action.

The Supreme Learner Government Leadership Evaluation and Development System (SLG LEADS) is an initiative of the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government of DepEd Northern Samar designed to systematically assess the implementation, functionality, and leadership outcomes of the Supreme Learner Government (SLG).

Through this project, we aim to: Assess the performance and effectiveness of learner leaders; Identify strengths and areas for improvement; Develop responsive leadership enhancement interventions; and Strengthen learner participation, student leadership, and school governance across the division.

With the theme "Assess. Improve. Lead.", Project SLG LEADS empowers every learner leader to grow, serve, and create a lasting impact in their respective schools and communities.

Together, let us build a stronger, more accountable, and empowered generation of student leaders.

The recent tragedy at San Jose National High School has left students, families, teachers, and the entire community carrying a burden no one should ever have to bear. As fellow learners and advocates of compassion, we stand in solidarity with those affected and extend our deepest prayers and support during this difficult time.

The Regional Federation of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (RFSSLG) Region VIII, in collaboration with the San Jose National High School SSLG, is launching a donation drive to provide assistance to the victims and their families.

Every peso, no matter how small, can help ease the challenges they face as they begin the long journey toward healing and recovery.
