We proudly congratulate the 2nd batch of graduates of the Provincial Enhancement of Skills Benefiting the Youth Training Center, composed of 23 scholars. After 21 days of intensive training in Heavy Equipment Operation โ€“ Road Roller NC II, 17 scholars successfully passed the assessment, marking a significant milestone in their skills development journey.

This training course is designed to equip Marinduqueรฑos with globally competitive skills in the field of Heavy Equipment Operation, opening more employment opportunities locally and abroad while strengthening the provinceโ€™s skilled workforce.

The Marinduque Provincial Training Center, headed by School Administrator Alma C. Timtiman, extends its deepest gratitude to TESDA Marinduque, led by Mr. Erwin Buรฑag, Acting Provincial Director, and to DPWH Marinduque, headed by DE Engr. Richard Emmanuel Ragrario and represented by Engr. Ralph Erwin Villegas, for allowing the use of their Road Roller truck throughout the training.

We also sincerely thank TN Ramos Construction and Development Corp., represented by Engr. Fitz Gerald Nantes, for generously allowing the use of their equipment, and to Governor Melecio J. The second batch of scholars under the Heavy Equipment Operation โ€“ Road Roller NC II program is currently undergoing their hands-on training at the DPWH Provincial Office Compound.

Under the supervision of Mr. Ramil Quiogue, the scholars are now gaining practical experience in operating the Road Roller and applying their developing skills in a real-work setting. ๐Ÿšœ

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), the Provincial Government of Marinduque, and TESDA Marinduque for their continued support and collaboration in making this training activity possible.

Nakiisa ang Provincial Enhancement of Skills Benefiting the Youth Training Center staff sa isinagawang 3rd TVET Forum ngayong Biyernes, December 12, 2025, na ginanap sa Fazendas Agri-Productivity Center, Inc., Brgy. Masiga, Gasan, Marinduque.

Dumalo sa nasabing Forum ang ating minamahal na Vice-Governor Hon. Romulo A. Bacorro Jr. bilang kaisa at Presidente ng PTESDC ng ating probinsya. Kanyang ipinahayag ang kanyang patuloy na suporta sa mga Technical Vocational Institutions sa buong probinsya ng Marinduque at sa mga pangangailangan nito.

Sa ngalan ng patuloy na paglilingkod ng TESDA MArinduque sa pangunguna ni Mr. Erwin Buรฑag, Acting Provincial Director ng TESDA PO Marinduque, patuloy ang Provincial Enhancement of Skills Benefiting the Youth Training Center sa pakikiisa sa mithiin ng Associations of Technial Vocational Instituions of Marinduque (ATVIM) tungo sa adhikaing magkaroon ng mataas na kasanayan, matatag at self-reliant na mga Marinduqueรฑo.

Provincial Enhancement of Skills Benefiting the Youth Training Center proudly celebrates a historic milestone as we honor the first-ever batch of Road Roller NC II graduates! ๐Ÿšงโœจ

A total of 22 skilled Heavy Equipment Operators successfully completed their training and were officially recognized during the Heavy Equipment Operators Graduation Ceremony held on November 14, 2025, at the LMD-PESO Training Hall, Capitol Compound, Bangbangalon, Boac, Marinduque.

With the theme โ€œEmpowering Skilled Operators for a Stronger and Safer Future in the Heavy Equipment Industry,โ€ this ceremony marks the beginning of new opportunities for our graduates as they step into the workforce with confidence, competence, and dedication.
