Ang E-mulat ay opisyal na page na pamamahalaan ng MSC BOAC Supreme Student Council (SSC) upang paglatagan at buksan ang isipan ng mga estudyante tungkol sa mahahalagang usapin. Layunin nitong e-mulat ang mga MSCians sa kahalagahan ng pagkatuto at pagiging kritikal sa mga online platforms at social media sites. Maaari rin itong lapitan para sa mga katanungan, isyu, at concerns sa pamamagit

Maging kaisa ng Marinduque State College sa kolektibong pakikibaka tungo sa hinahangad na pagkapamantasan; alinsabay sa paglaan ng inklusibo at dekalidad na serbisyong kasangga sa paglinang ng kahusayan ng mga mag-aaral sa larangan ng Sining, Kultura, at Pananaliksik.
