📣 STORY TELLING AUDITION (LITERARY CATEGORY) – EVENT UPDATE 📖

The audition for the 2026 PASUC National Culture and Arts Festival Story Telling competition has officially taken place TODAY, February 9, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM at the Culture and Arts AVR.

Six talented participants from different departments of MarSU showcased their skills, vying for the chance to represent Regions IV-A and IV-B in the national event happening on April 8–11 in Iloilo City. The activity was facilitated by Mrs. Ruby Ann T. Lantita and Ms. Ma. Jessica L. Semilla.

CALL FOR AUDITION | STORY TELLING (LITERARY CATEGORY) 📣

The MarSU – Culture and Arts Unit will compete in the 2026 PASUC National Culture and Arts Festival, hosted by Western Visayas State University on April 8–11, 2026 in Iloilo City.

In line with this, we invite interested MarSUans to audition for the Story Telling category (Literary Competition). The selected performer will represent Region IV-A and IV-B in the national competition.

STRASUC OLYMPICS 2025 PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES

MARINDUQUE STATE UNIVERSITY through the Sports and Wellness Unit headed by Dr. Gerald M. Pajanustan, under the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services, led by VP Marvin P. Plata, is pleased to announce the PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES for the STRASUC Olympics 2025 to be held at various locations in Marinduque from 22/23 November to 28 November 2025.

JUST IN | 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗖 𝗖𝗔𝗙 2025: 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗦𝗨 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆

Marinduque State University earned its second gold medal as Mia Kristel Delarmente secured the top spot in photography contest during the 9th STRASUC CAF 2025, held at Romblon State University, October 5.

Delarmente, guided by Asst. Prof. Jerome L. Lingon, made her entry stood out for its creativity and visual storytelling.

Serving as her photo caption, she wrote:

"ANI niNO

Madalas, nakatago ang mga anino. Tulad na lamang ng mga makeup artists, na nagsisilbing anino sa likod ng kanilang mga subhetibo. Ngunit, sila ang nagpapaalala sa atin na lahat ng aksyon ay may kaakibat na epekto. Lalo na sa mga aninong nagtatanim ng puso, na tiyak na magbibigay ani sa bawat tao, saan mang parte ng mundo."

The university extends its congratulations to Delarmente for her outstanding achievement in this regional competition.
