The graduation ceremony for the TILE SETTING NC II trainees under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) was held on June 18, 2025. The event celebrated the successful completion of the training program conducted from May 7 to May 28, 2025, under the guidance of their instructor, Engr. Don Mark L. De la Cruz.

All trainees who completed the program went on to successfully pass the National Competency Assessment for Tile Setting NC II held on May 30, 31, and June 1, 2025—an achievement that reflects their readiness for industry work and national certification standards.

The graduation was graced by Ms. Ethel Malinao, representing TESDA Provincial Director Vergel Soriano. In her message, she emphasized the importance of nurturing not only technical competence but also values and soft skills. She reminded the graduates that discipline, integrity, and strong work ethic are key elements in becoming successful professionals in the construction industry and beyond.

The ceremony marked both an end and a beginning—a culmination of hard work and a starting point for new opportunities. With their newfound skills and certifications, the graduates are now better equipped to contribute to nation-building as competent and values-driven tile setters.
