EXERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT OF ANDRES SORIANO COLLEGES OF BISLIG HELD AT ANDRES SORIANO COLLEGES OF BISLIG ON 12TH OF JANUARY, 2026.

โRESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING CONTRIBUTION FOR THE LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR AND TEAM BUILDING FOR ALL ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, AND DEPARTMENT OFFICERS OF ANDRES SORIANO COLLEGES OF BISLIG.โ
WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government recognizes the importance of leadership development, teamwork, and character formation among student and department officers of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig; and
WHEREAS, the Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building is designed to strengthen leadership competencies, promote unity, and enhance collaboration among Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, and Department Officers; and
WHEREAS, the conduct of this activity is essential in preparing officers to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities within their respective organizations and departments; and
WHEREAS, it has been proposed and agreed upon by the members of the organization that participation in the Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building shall be compulsory for all officers concerned;
Therefore, be it resolved:
1. Attendance at the Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building is mandatory for all Junior High School, Senior High School, and Department Officers of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig.
2. The Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building shall be held on February 8, 2026, at Bislig Hotspring Resort.
3. The required contribution for each participant shall be Four Hundred Pesos (โฑ400.00), which shall be used to cover expenses related to the activity.
4. The collection of contributions shall commence immediately and shall be completed on or before January 31, 2026, in accordance with the financial guidelines set forth by the organization.
5. The collected funds shall be handled by the designated SSG Treasurer and Finance Committee, who shall ensure transparency and proper documentation of all contributions.
6. The administration and concerned student leaders shall facilitate the registration and coordination of all participants to ensure full attendance and participation.
7. This resolution shall be communicated to all student leaders, department heads, and relevant administrative personnel for immediate implementation.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to pass the resolution and be forwarded to the Office of the Student Affairs and Services Head Director, Mr. Darioz B. Lucero, MA, for approval;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution and be forwarded to all Academic Department Officers for reference and guidance.
