Paler–Lumayog Elementary School continues to strengthen teacher excellence through meaningful professional learning and collaboration.

During the school-based LAC session, Ma’am Floryfess Lugagay Arones , Principal I, served as the LAC Speaker and comprehensively discussed DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System, and Awards and Recognition for the K–12 Basic Education Curriculum.

Her discussion provided teachers with valuable insights on implementing assessment and grading practices that are fair, responsive, learner-centered, and aligned with the curriculum, while emphasizing the importance of reflective practice in improving teaching and learning.

Through continuous learning, technology integration, and purposeful assessment, PLES teachers are empowered to innovate, reflect, and excel in their practice—ultimately creating better learning experiences and outcomes for every learner. 🌱📚💻

We celebrate those who brought home Gold🥇, Silver🥈, and Bronze🥉 medals, as well as every athlete who gave their best and proudly competed for our school and district. Your dedication, courage, perseverance, and sportsmanship have made us truly proud. 💚

A special congratulations to our 5 Regional Qualifiers who will be representing Bislig City Division in the upcoming Caraga Regional Athletic Games 2027! We are proud of each and every one of you. Ikinagagalak ng DepEd ang paglalabas ng pondo ng DBM para sa salary adjustments ng 93,344 reclassified teaching at school head positions sa ilalim ng Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System.

Nagpapasalamat tayo sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Marcos at sa DBM sa patuloy na pagbibigay-priyoridad at suporta sa kapakanan ng ating mga g**o.
