District of Bingawan joins the First Convergence and Consultative Conference of Administrative Officers II of the 3rd Congressional District!

Today, June 18, 2026, our dedicated Administrative Officers II from the Schools District of Bingawan are in attendance at Janiuay National Comprehensive High School, Janiuay, Iloilo, for this meaningful gathering under the theme: “Strengthening Administrative Systems and Policy Alignment.”

Behind every smooth school operation are our hardworking AO IIs — handling documents, processes, and systems that support our learners and teachers daily. This conference is a great opportunity for collaboration, sharing of best practices, and aligning with DepEd policies to serve our schools better.

BCES Learners and Teachers join the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) CY 2026 - 2nd Quarter!

Safety first, BCES Family! Today, June 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM, our learners and teachers actively participate in the NSED as mandated by NDRRMC Memorandum No. 15, s. 2026. Because disaster preparedness is a shared responsibility.

LET’S REMEMBER: DUCK, COVER, HOLD
1. DUCK - Get down on your hands and knees to protect yourself from falling objects
2. COVER - Cover your head and neck with your arms and take shelter under a sturdy table/desk
3. HOLD - Hold on to your shelter until the shaking stops

To our BCES teachers: Thank you for re-orienting our learners, checking evacuation routes, and ensuring clear assembly areas. To our learners: Listen to your teachers, stay calm, and follow instructions. Your safety is our top priority.

Today, June 17, 2026, the Schools District of Bingawan gathers in love and gratitude to honor a leader, mentor, and friend. Sir Ar - Ar touched so many lives with his wisdom, dedication, and kind heart. His legacy in education and service to Bingawan will continue to inspire teachers and learners for years to come.

Thank you, Sir, for your guidance and for being a light to our District. You will be deeply missed, but your spirit lives on in every classroom you helped build.

BCES Teachers, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts join the Opening Parade & Program for the 18th Pagnahi-an Festival and 57th Founding Anniversary of Bingawan, Iloilo!

With banners high and hearts full of pride, the BCES family — our dedicated teachers, bright Girl Scouts, and brave Boy Scouts — marched with fellow Bingawanons to officially open this year’s celebration. From the lively parade to the meaningful program, our learners and mentors showed the true essence of “Pagnahi-an” — weaving together unity, culture, and bayanihan as one strong community.

As Bingawan turns 57, we celebrate not just its rich history, but also the young leaders and educators who will carry its traditions forward. BCES is honored to take part in this milestone and continues to shape learners who are rooted in values and ready to serve.
