Actor Albert Martinez expressed his discomfort toward women posing in a bikini on social media even if they are not in a beach.
In a report by Bandera, Albert said he's not comfortable with it because she has daughters.
โIsa pang hindi ko masyadong gusto with social media is that I see more women posing in two-piece bikinis even if itโs not summer, even wala sa beach. I have daughters and I feel not comfortable with it,โ he said.
Albert added that parents need to teach their children on social media proper etiquette.
โParents should teach their children that social media is not the life. Maybe social media can enhance your career if you want to hit a goal. Promote yourself based on what you wanna be in your career," he said.
โFor example, youโre a good architect, post it. Show your work. Youโre a good painter or youโre a good mechanic. It enhances your goal in life. But for social media to become your life, youโre addicted to likes, youโre addicted to subscriptions, it eats you up as a person. Again, this is just my opinion,โ he added.
Albert also said that he's not comfortable with people airing their frustration and angst on social media.
โKanya-kanyang opinion โyan. Maybe thatโs their way of releasing hot air or something but for me, personally, I donโt want to say Iโm against but itโs my opinion," he said.
โSiguro hindi na dapat โyung mga angst ninyo with your family, with your neighbors ay ilalagay mo sa social media. But I know a lot of people who (do) that,โ he added. | via PhilStar
