In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 131 issued by the Office of the President, and in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), Alternative Learning Modes (ALM) for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in Rizal on Thursday, August 20, 2026, unless otherwise directed by the respective Local Chief Executive.

In line with this directive, Kalinawan Elementary School shall implement appropriate Alternative Learning Modalities (ALM) to ensure learning continuity while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and school personnel. πŸ“š

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 ng OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, ipatutupad bukas, August 20, ang mga angkop na alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Rizal bilang tugon sa patuloy na epekto ng enhanced Southwest Monsoon o Habagat at sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan na maaaring magdulot ng localized flooding at travel hazards.

Para naman sa mga paaralan, ipatutupad ang alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures para sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.

Gayunman, ang mga ahensiya at tanggapang may kinalaman sa basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang vital services ay inaatasang magpatuloy sa operasyon at magbigay ng kinakailangang serbisyo sa publiko.

Ang mga Contract of Service (COS) at Job Order (JO) workers na mailalagay sa alternative work arrangements ay babayaran ng kaukulang sahod o suweldo, alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran at regulasyon.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 126 from the Office of the President, ALL CLASSES at Kalinawan Elementary School shall shift to Alternative Learning Modalities (ALM) today, August 14, 2026, due to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon.

For learners who are already in school, teachers and school personnel are advised to ensure their safety and proper dismissal. Learners shall only be allowed to go home after proper coordination with their parents or guardians, and teachers must ensure that all learners are safely released to their authorized parent/guardian or have a safe means of going home.

Teachers shall maintain close coordination with parents and guardians and provide the necessary instructions for the implementation of alternative learning modalities.
