๐ฐ Five-Day School-Based Training on Campus Journalism | Lunsad Elementary School
In line with the provisions of Republic Act No. 7079, also known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, and pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 021, s. 2026, Lunsad Elementary School successfully conducted its Five-Day School-Based Training on Campus Journalism for selected Grade III, IV, V, and VI pupil-writers.
The five-day training provided meaningful learning experiences across various journalism categories, including News Writing, Feature Writing, Sports Writing, Editorial Writing, Science and Technology Writing, Copy Reading and Headline Writing, Editorial Cartooning, and Photojournalism. It aimed to strengthen learnersโ writing skills, critical thinking, and journalistic competence in preparation for school, district, division, regional, and national campus journalism competitions.
