𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘-𝗧𝗢-𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, and in view of the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in Pangasinan and other identified areas.

Accordingly, all learners of Juan G. Macaraeg National High School will undergo Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) tomorrow, Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

Learners are advised to coordinate with their respective teachers regarding learning activities, schedules, and other instructions under ADM.

Please remain vigilant, stay safe, and continue monitoring official school announcements for further updates.

Please be informed that classes will resume on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, for learners whose classrooms and designated school areas are not affected by flooding within the school campus.

Parents and guardians may decide whether their children can attend classes if they are affected by flooding or if travel conditions remain unsafe.

However, learners whose classrooms or buildings remain affected by flooding shall undergo Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The affected classrooms/buildings are as follows:
• JICA & DOST
• Old Science & TLE Building
• English & Filipino Building
• ESP / Values Building

POSSIBLE ENTRY POINTS

Learners may access the school through the UEP Ground, Division Office, and Luna Street. The Sta. Fe access road may still be used as an entry route despite partial flooding, with passengers advised to alight in front of the old building.

Please be reminded that the Main Gate – Flag Pole Area is not passable.

All learners are encouraged to exercise maximum caution, prioritize their safety, and follow the designated entry routes when going to school.

Following the advisory of the Municipality of Binalonan, face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private schools, are suspended on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, due to the heavy rainfall outlook brought about by the Southwest Monsoon.

Learners are advised to remain updated through official school and LGU announcements and to follow the alternative learning modalities and instructions provided by subject teachers.

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) reminds everyone to prioritize safety, stay vigilant, and take necessary precautions during the prevailing weather conditions.
