The Student Commission on Audit (SCOA) – PUP Biñan Campus successfully conducted its 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, via Google Meet.

The program marked the conclusion of this academic year's audit activities through the presentation of audit findings, implementation of new financial policies, and recognition of compliant student organizations.

Last March 27, 2026, SCOA-PUPBC conducted an orientation for its new members, introducing the organization’s roles, responsibilities, and commitment to transparency and accountability.

During the session, Mr. Aloysius Ebo, Chairperson of SCOA-PUPBC, led the discussion on key duties such as reviewing financial documents, monitoring fund utilization, and maintaining accurate and ethical audit practices. Members were also oriented on the core values of neutrality, confidentiality, and integrity in all auditing processes.

With the guidance of Ma’am Abigail T. Verterra, Head of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), new members are now better prepared to serve and uphold financial responsibility within the student body.

The Student Commission on Audit (SCOA) – PUP Biñan Campus officially concluded its 𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨.𝒀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, marking the completion of this year’s audit activities.

Student organizations that met the required financial and documentary standards were recognized through the awarding of 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑨𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆, reinforcing the importance of transparency and accountability in student-led organizations.

𝑺𝑪𝑶𝑨 𝑪𝑳𝑶𝑺𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑮𝑹𝑨𝑴

The Student Commission on Audit (SCOA) – PUP Biñan Campus successfully conducted its Closing Program, marking the conclusion of Academic Year 2024–2025 last January 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM through the presentation of audit findings, implementation of new financial policies, recognition of compliant student organizations, and the formal turnover of leadership.

This program emphasized the importance of financial transparency, accountability, and proper documentation in all student-led activities. The issuance of Certificates of Audit Compliance recognized student organizations that consistently met the required financial, documentary, and procedural standards set by the Commission.

The 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 (𝑨𝑪𝑬𝑺) was awarded the Certificate of Achievement – Best in Financial Report and Liquidation in recognition of its accurate, transparent, and well-organized financial documentation, demonstrating excellence in financial management and compliance with auditing standards.

SCOA extends its sincere appreciation to all student organizations for their cooperation and commitment to responsible governance. Today, January 6, 2026, SCOA PUPBC conducted a successful Audit Meeting with the Head of Student Affairs and Services.

During the session, we presented and discussed the Audit Report with various student organizations, carefully reviewed financial records, and verified all computations to uphold transparency and accountability.

We hope that each organization will continue to sustain organized and responsible financial practices in all future activities. The SCOA is here to support student organizations, guiding and assisting them in ensuring proper financial management.

🚨 THE SCOA-PUPBC AUDITING PROCESS IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY! 🚨

As of December 2, 2025, all Recognized Student Organizations of PUP Binan Campus are now part of this year’s comprehensive audit. This process is more than just compliance—it’s a chance for every organization to demonstrate responsible leadership, maintain accurate records, and ensure full alignment with university standards.

Ma'am Cheryl Joyce D. Jurado, Head of Students Affairs and Services (OSAS), has officially turned over the documents of the Recognized Student Organizations—symbolizing the trust of the university and the beginning of a process rooted in transparency and accountability.

The SCOA PUPBC audit is not only a measure of transparency but also an opportunity for Recognized Student Organizations to reflect on their achievements, strengthen their systems, and continuously improve the way they serve the PUP community. Every report, every submission, and every record contributes to building stronger, more accountable organizations.
