Today, January 6, 2026, SCOA PUPBC conducted a successful Audit Meeting with the Head of Student Affairs and Services.

During the session, we presented and discussed the Audit Report with various student organizations, carefully reviewed financial records, and verified all computations to uphold transparency and accountability.

We hope that each organization will continue to sustain organized and responsible financial practices in all future activities. The SCOA is here to support student organizations, guiding and assisting them in ensuring proper financial management.

As of December 4, the Students Commission on Audit- PUPBC is conducting the ongoing audit of our recognized student organizations — ACES, PIIE, SMS, and IBITS. This initiative supports the continuous improvement of organizational processes and ensures that all student organizations follow proper standards and practices. We make sure that every detail is accurate, taking the necessary time to counter-check all documents to guarantee that nothing is missing and nothing is excessive.

Transparency, accountability, and proper financial oversight remain at the heart of our mission as the Student Commission on Audit-PUPBC. Last November 29, 2025, SCOA-PUPBC conducted a productive meeting focused on strengthening our audit processes and ensuring that all student organizations uphold the highest standards of financial responsibility.

During the session, Ms. Dimasayao, discussed duties and responsibilities such as validating financial documents, reviewing budget proposals, monitoring fund utilization, and enhancing audit tools for clearer and more efficient documentation. The team also aligned on policies and procedures to ensure neutrality, confidentiality, and ethical handling of all organizational financial records.

This meeting marks another step toward building a more transparent and accountable student community. With the guidance of Ma'am Cheryl Joyce D. Jurado, Head of Students Affairs and Services (OSAS) and the collective effort of our SCOA-PUPBC members, we continue to work diligently to safeguard the integrity of all financial transactions within the campus.

🔍 For a student body that is informed, empowered, and financially transparent—SCOA-PUPBC is here to serve.
