⚡ Electrical Safety and Practical Electricity Training/Seminar: Promoting Safety and Knowledge 💡
A successful and meaningful Electrical Safety and Practical Electricity Training/Seminar was held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Brgy. Loma, City of Biñan, Laguna, through the collaborative efforts of the University of Perpetual Help System–Biñan, IIEE NLC, and Namielektrix Engineering Services, together with the participation of eager learners from the community. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our respected instructor and program lead, Engr. Rodolfo Mendoza, as well as to the other guest speakers and facilitators, for sharing their valuable knowledge and insights in promoting electrical safety and practical electricity. ⚡

🌬️ Harnessing the Wind: UPHSL EE 4th Year Plant Visit 🌬️
In collaboration with IIEE Northern Laguna Chapter (IIEE NLC)
📅 April 24, 2026
The 4th Year Electrical Engineering students of UPHSL Electrical Engineering Society successfully conducted an educational plant visit to the Pililla Wind Farm.
This visit provided the students with a valuable opportunity to witness firsthand the scale and operation of renewable energy systems. Observing the wind turbines in actual operation reinforced their understanding of power generation concepts beyond the classroom.
In collaboration with the IIEE Northern Laguna Chapter, the activity highlights the importance of bridging academic learning with real-world engineering applications.
Such experiences strengthen the students’ technical perspective and professional readiness, equipping them with deeper insight into the evolving landscape of sustainable energy.

🌏 Empowering Innovation: UPHSL EE at the Environmental Summit 🌏
The UPHSL Electrical Engineering students, together with other engineering departments of the university, participated in the Environmental Summit held at the Santa Rosa Multi-Purpose Complex.
The activity reflects the University’s active engagement in programs that encourage environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. It also underscores the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and the wider community in promoting long-term environmental solutions.
Held on April 22, 2026, the summit gathered various public and private institutions in a shared effort to inspire action toward a greener and more sustainable future.
